so the sheathe for my Nata by barebones is right handed and I'm left handed, any advice on how I could maybe flip my sheath inside out? or should I just purchase/make a whole new one?

I'm so happy to see this. I recently made something similar for a relative. They were gifted a "viking axe pizza cutter" with a blade the same shape and size, albeit a very different handle. It came with an inexpensive almost orange faux leather vinyl sheath, and I made him a customer one out of leather similar to what you used.
