I find that jb weld works great for EVAP leaks on them kinda of coils and white paint and u are good to go if you don't want to stink to much time and money in one not the right way but works in a pinch great video btw

Had extended a wet/dry vac hose & build a PVC tub ext to unblock roof drains, the high pitch whistle could be heard blocks away & would have to wear ear protection. About ~ 1/2 length of extension, nylon 8mm rope did the trick! A bit of tuning needed for different vac power! Thankyou!!!! It's now useable!!!

Cool to see vintage stuff like this still working. Only rarely came across R12 equipment at work, and most were on the way out by the time I got to them. In a lot of cases I'd preemptively swap valve cores of the pressure taps as part of servicing since old ones caused nuisance leaks so often. Sometimes badly enough to where I could hear the gas hissing out when I unscrewed the caps!

Hey mate, I fix engel fridges. Wondering if you’ve ever fixed one of the compressors. I have heaps the stop/start at one second intervals. Power module, controller, thermistor are fine. Cut the comps open to have a look inside as an old supervisor of mine (I’m a fridgee) said to flip the flat washer over that the piston hits but doesnt work. Piston is not seized and oil in comp. Not a blockage either. Have you ever cut one open and fixed one? Cheers.

How did you open the battery pack ?

Just take the fucking thing apart ffs. There's only 6 screws holding the whole chassis in. Don't forget to take of the two slider knobs first. The chassis then pulls straight out of the upsidedown case you animal.

I had an electrice pretty similar to that one not long ago, still worked a treat. Sold it on marketplace to a guy who restores them.

Great video and review. Do you know if your battery desulfator pulses are 16 volt power spikes like a Noco Genius 5 and 10 charger or CTEK charger uses? What is the brand desulfator you are using? I have a Pulsetech PowerPulse passive battery desulfator on my 2001 BMW battery as preventative maintenance as Pulsetech claims that their patented frequency they use can extend battery life up to three times. I also used my PowerPulse on my other BMW battery that I let sit disconnected for a year, and it was at 11.2 volts, I tried charging it with my friends Exide 6 amp automatic charger for 14 hours and battery voltage was at 13.1 volts, yet it would not start my other car. I put the PowerPulse on it along with a 1 amp Schumacher manual battery charger for 72 hours, and left the desulfator on it for a week and it started my car right up. My point is desulfation can take up to 30 days depending on how sulfated your battery is.
