During my mandatory conscription training in support duty, one of the main things that was drilled into us was that we had to move constantly. That we should not stay in one location preferably more than 24 hours or so. We'd make camp and then break it, night or day. It sure sucked to have to setup/breakup everything over and over again, but we sure could stay mobile.

Good video and it was very well proven that Russia does not really have a chance against Finland. Unfortunately, now Finns are losing their motivation to defend their country after NATO membership because many don't want to be part of US empire. Decision to join NATO was done without referendum by unholy alliance of boomers and war hawks and now there are constantly news how more and more young men are resigning from the military reserve and defense minister even said out of loud that they should find a solution to criminalize resignation from the reserve forces. In addition to that, military age population in Finland is shrinking and our society is aging and because were are now frontline country in potential NATO-Russia conflict, Finland is not even attractive place for immigrants. Unfortunately after joining the NATO, Finland will need more NATO than ever. The most powerful asset for military defense is to have a society which people want to defend.

As a Norwegian, even though I dont have complete trust in all NATO member states to actually act in this kind of event, I very much trust that both Sweden, Denmark and Finland would stand by our side in this. As a possible Russian military base on Svaldbard would be a grave threat to all of us, and something that would not be taken lightly at all by any Nordic nation. In that regard Svaldbard is not seen as "just some territory" by any of us Nordics, but a vital piece for ensuring a stabel and peaceful north.

When the Ukraine war started a report said Norway will loose a war with Russia whitin hours, days was optimistic. Our military forces are a fucking joke😂 We have a serrious lack of air defense, leaving major city's whitout air defense. Oslo our capital dont even have its own air defense standing ready at all times. We are one of the richest countrys in the world, but our military forces is so weak because our goverment have not focused on it for manny years. Our goverment is also really corrupt now, we have had so manny news revealing they trick the system and abuse it to get more money and have the state paying for things they should have paid for themself. Worst thing is that nobody get arrested for it, they just step down from whatever position they are in, hide in the background of the political party they are in, and then come back later with no punishment. It have showed everyone here that there are 2 sets of laws here, one for the average norwegian that is super strict, and another law for the elite.
