[SM64 Rhodes] 21 GUNS by Green Day but it's a Super Mario Paint cover
As the title says, this is a cover I made in Super Mario Paint for Green Day's iconic song "21 Guns". This time however, it was done using only the rhodes piano instrument from the 1996 game Super Mario 64.
This was made using SMP v1.4.2, and a soundfont file containing eight copies of the SM64 rhodes piano instrument (all at different volumes). The key is D natural minor (or F major in the chorus and solo), and the BPM is 88. I hope you enjoy.
Feel free to request the soundfont file should you want to try a rhodes-only project yourself.

Now that I think about it, the "Headphones recommended" flavor text is no joke on this one, as there are bass notes so low that most speakers would not play them (such as the low C1 in the first verse, which is well under 50 Hz, at 37.2).

I was at a metalcore concert recently, and for whatever reason, the sound techs put EDM in between the different bands And before the last band, they put the hardest remix of this song at full volume It was so funny seeing a room of what, almost a thousand metalheads (including myself), vibing to this tune, despite being in a bone-shattering and eye-gouging metal pogo 5 minutes before
