Wat Sao Hin - Rare All White Temple in Phitsanulok Thailand
Hello Amazing Viewer!
In this adventure, I take my Yamaha PG-1 on a ride to a temple, Wat Sao Hin, less than 10 minutes from home in Phitsanulok, Thailand. And what a treat it was! This temple is all white and is a rarity in Thailand. To top it off, the temple is adorned with an army of standing Buddha statues. There are just so many of them!
I did find a Facebook page for the temple, however, I could not extract much information from the page regarding the temple’s history. There is one part of the temple that looks to be quite old, based upon the construction materials used.
I hope you enjoy this special video. Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and SHARE! It means the world to me and helps my fledgling channel.
And remember, Life is too short, so Enjoy every Moment of it, even if it means enjoying a nice motorbike ride to a local temple.
Brian…
P.S. The picture at the end of the video was taken from my home in Phitsanulok, Thailand of another amazing sunset.

Hello Amazing Viewer! My family and I have been living in Thailand for almost 2 years now. I have been driving for about the same amount of time. Although there are some things I do not like, I drive well over here. You just have to throw your western skills out the window and adapt to the way things are done here. I have always said to people that driving here is like a dance. If an opposite driver slides over into your lane, you slide into the shoulder to avoid them. No road rage, no stopping in your lane to stand your ground, no honking or flashing lights, just dance with them. My neighbor, to me, seems intimidated driving here, and I think it is because he has not figured out the dance part. When in Rome, do as the Romans do and just go with the flow, as I said in this video.

      A LOT of defensive driving. Actually, for every driver here, I rarely see the offensive type, although I know it exists, probably in the Bangkok areas. Yes, after I made the video, I thought about the monitor lizards too. There are a lot of them in this area. We see one at least every week, big and small. I have had to come to a complete stop, put on my hazard lights, and wait for the sucker to cross the road.

  • @FredericMiller-t2l
    @FredericMiller-t2l Před 16 dny

    I scythe the tall grass and weeds first and rake and bag. then I weed trim it and rake and bag if it is too tall, then I use the reel and trimmer once every six days. its quiet and no gas and only needs maintenance about one a year on a small yard. I like a reel as I can mow when the neighbors are asleep as it is quiet and works well once you can scythe and trim and rake and mow often.

    • @thegreatlifereset
      @thegreatlifereset Před 16 dny

      I have to mow more often, like every 3 days. With the monsoon rains, the grass grows really fast here! I like the idea of the scythe. I have not seen one for sale here in Thailand, but I am sure someone could build one for me. I wish I could mow at night. My push power is kind of noisy. It works well, but it was rather cheap. Also, the mosquitoes come out to play at night. When it hits dusk, that is when I have to stop cutting and run for safety. Thanks for your comment!

    Historical information was incredible! I can imagine how magnificent the temple grounds were when first built. Today's ruins themselves bring into perspective a sense of awe and historical importance of Thailand's inception. Great video!

      I look forward to any content you have from those 3 weeks. I too am backed up. I have like 5 videos in the pipeline that need editing and release. Hospital visit delayed production.

      I agree! And even though there was a storm, the weather also made it memorable...as I remember that storm! The storm kicked up a huge dust cloud. I just wish I had that on video.

      @@user-em5dd8gh8xAgreed! While the group ate, I was fixated on the storm clouds. I wish I had captured the wind. It was crazy!

      Thanks!! Nor did I! It was in our backyard the whole time. I stumbled upon it via Google search for temples in the area.
