What a great video! I grew up litterally right after Bigfoot left and was a HUGE Tom Meents fan mostly because Bill Goldberg was my favorite wrestler in the WCW

Big Foot is so significant that even when I was a kid living in a small town in the middle of nowhere in South America heard the name. Mind you, we didn't know what Monster Jam was, but we knew Big Foot as THE Monster Truck. This was back in 1994-95ish.

As a fan and friend who use to own survior. Im very happy to see she's still around. Love that old girl.

Many many memories of getting off the bus right at 4 o'clock on a Monday and running into the house to see the newest episode of Monster Jam. Two guys that I still, to this day at 23 years old, quote or cite. We all knew it was coming. Nothing lasts forever. But the way both of them went out is both heartbreaking yet very on brand. Giving quite literally their entire career for the fans when they could've cruised through their final year like a special attraction. But no. They went all out, to the end. I have tears in my eyes typing this knowing the final chapter of my childhood is finished, but at the same time I am excited to see what the future holds. Thank you, Tom and Dennis. If only the two of you knew how much joy you've given me and what you've done for me in my life, even without meeting either of you. There's no possible way on this Earth I can repay you two for everything. Thank you. We'll miss you, but never forget you.

This is the greatest rivalry Tom vs Dennis I met Dennis in 2020 and Tom in 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 and the race in 2010 when Tom and Dennis race against each other at world finals that was my favorite moment I will miss Tom so much

Really awesome video. I still remember when me and my brother would get into fights as kids trying to prove who was better: Dennis or Tom. These two really raised the bar on what these trucks can do, and thrilled millions because of it. This rivalry will be one of the greatest ever

Really nice video, and it is quite an end of an era. Though one thing that's interesting to wonder is what could've happened if Bigfoot never left Monster Jam. Would Tom Meents have still become as iconic as he is now, and still win all of those world finals titles? Or would it have been Dan Runte and Dennis Anderson being named the greatest rivalry in motorsports instead of Tom and Dennis. It's an interesting question to wonder.

Well one thing to know is that tom and dennis anderson were the best of all time but do not forget that they were Enemies on the track, but over time, they became the best of friends.❤😢

As an aside, I love the Monster Truck events from the 80s and 90s. But this modern MonsterJam stuff is just Dreadful with a capital D! The only goal seems to be to wreck and flip the trucks. Can't stand to watch it.

Monster jams pace and drivers are faster and better more exciting its like minor leagues and major leagues, monster jam is the Big show big league everything else is amateurs drag racing over 1 car

I went to 2 monster truck shows in my life and im 40yrs old. First one was at the tacoma dome in the very early 90s, the second one was several years ago in spokane. The first one was way cooler. It actually had trucks driving over cars, demolition derby, and a special zbot show... the one i went to several years ago was pretty cheesy. No crushing cars, no demolition derby, just the same old trucks with cheap cartoon fiberglass shells.... my little nephew enjoyed it, but monster trucks in general have become way "too safe" and "family friendly"... if youve gone to a modern monster jam show,yoyve been to them all.

I think the Bigfoot team made the right decision. Monster Jam was basically motorized WWE back in the early 2000’s, and Bigfoot would have faded away into obscurity during the big showdowns between the Anderson and Meents camps. That’s all Monster Jam cared about for YEARS. I remember attending a live event where Grave Digger put on a lousy freestyle and still won by a landslide by the “fan” judges. All in all, I lost interest with child-oriented Monster Jam years ago. The small town speedway and county fair shows that still crush cars, motor homes and buses are by far superior shows, and much cheaper to attend.

You'll never catch Bigfoot do Monster Jam. Bob doesn't want his trucks end up getting destroyed like that in Monster Jam where they do those jumps and backflips

It's been nearly 30 years since Bigfoot competed in world class competition. It's time for both parties to let go of the past and bring back the legendary Truck to the 21st century.

Theres still no shortage for vans, and busses which leave less fragments to collect at the end of the show. They just choose not to use them because its more work to secure scrapyard sponsors or pay for them. They forget why the stands arent packed anymore. It;s not the economy & its not covid. look at NFL games. Theyve ruined the vibe of what the shows once brought and its sad
