Hi Julia, this is a nice video but my understanding is you must not get castrol oil into your eyes as it can damage them, it's meant to be painted along the lash line. Also it and serums can cause blocked glands and styes if it gets into the glands. The opens are under the lashes, but not sure if it can do that through the skin also. Just don't want anyone else to suffer this.

I recommend cleansing afterwards with avene tolerance cleanser instead of rubbing your skin it’s so gentele and hydrating but you still feel the colds cream in your skin it’s perfect

The cheapest (consistent price; not on sale) protein I’ve found so far is in the Walmart freezer section they have ground chicken or Turkey tubes, 1lb for $2.99. I make this same dish with one of those tubes or similar dish with several bricks of cheap ramen (I add my own condiments to make a sauce and save the seasoning packs for when I’m making a chicken in the slow cooker) I’m in Ontario as well :)

looking for low cost meals and all I find are vids in America ( that's no problem thanks neighbors ) this has really helped me make low cost meals living on minimum wage.

I have dry skin. And I use ponds it works great for dry skin too. And works better than a lot of expensive creams I’ve used

Why not use a liquid Castile soap instead?

Does the soap that was grated ever settle? I make a homemade one using a liquid Castile soap and it settles and then clumps up....but it also could be I am not using boiling water to mix with it....

Is your pea-sized amount basically one pump?

As soon as I feel a pimple threatening to break the skin, I start applying a dot of the Queen Helene Mint Julip Mask on the spot and leaving it there while I sleep over night. It dries the area up very well, and usually prevents the pimple from ever breaking the skin. Occasionally I’ll have to do it for more than one night. Love it!

I am 41, and many people tell me I look 31. During the Canadian winter, I like removing my makeup with tht Magic Removal Towel with only warm water. When most makeup is removed with just warm water, I then use my cold cream. Follow by light gua sha, then rinsing off with warm water, and final splash with very cold water. Witch hazel mist, serum, moisturizer, then thin layer of face oil as occlusive.

Julia can I use Dr. Bronner's bar soap? That's easy for me to get where I live.

I educate and parent coach those raising children with certain mental disorders and uptalk is very common for manipulation and triangulation. I realize it’s a speech trend but because of those I work with, I can’t hear uptalk and not want to analyze. 😊

love the video thank you! My goals is 100-130gs a day and it took me a while to figure out what meats/dairy products would get me there the fastest without wasting all my calories. I love salmon, shrimp, eggwhites, thin cut beef, and turkey. I also recommend to make sure you get your daily intake of fiber (because of all the meats). Take pictures or use some kind of measuring tape/tight outfit you want to fit into to track your progress. A lot of woman increase their protein and start lifting, but give up because the scale does not move... even tho they have clearly lost weight in their face and around the waist. Its very important to keep going even if the scale does not move for a while. Good Luck on your journey, keep going <3

Can I ask how many calories you eat per day? I’ve been working with a registered dietitian for the last two months and she also has me eating 100 g of protein a day trying to lose weight and build muscle. I have made huge increases in my protein compared to before, but I have not lost anything. I also do 2 miles a day on the treadmill and the elliptical five days a week plus I lift weights but still no changes. I think I may just need to drop my calories down lower.

Ugh wish I would’ve seen this method before I attempted my side bang. Ended up cutting too short cause it looked so poorly so I had to cut shorter. It looks ok now but definitely way shorter bangs that I wanted. Live and learn I guess 😂
