We are in this video! On lot 52 there’s a big Class A with a silver Jeep in front. We also saw our Shibumi beach tent as well. We love Meinert too!

One more negative from another travel trailer owner. Your gas mileage in your truck will nose dive. I can’t emphasize enough on roof care and window caulking maintenance. I bought a hot plate to cook on instead of using our stove in the summer. The propane stove heats up the area too much for my taste. Good tires pay for themselves so look into that as well. Have fun and what a great rig you got!

That’s a really nice bath house and laundry facility! We’re from NY, so the idea of the pool and camping open in early April is odd to us. Ash cave and Devils bathtub are on our list.

When you said the sites were really close together, I was not picturing the site you showed. Everyone has their own definition of close but this isn’t it in my book. If I was reviewing this site, I would say spacious. We stayed at a place last year that was so ridiculously close, the neighbors’ kids were playing right outside our door. We could see in their windows. We couldn’t put out our awning because it would have hit their trailer. Your site is not close.

Please do not camp in Equestrian sites. Those with horses have limited facilities and taking a space meant for horse campers makes availabilities for those wanting to camp with horses very challenging. 3:34

Wally’s will never compete with Buc-EE’s as they are not the same, especially if their sandwiches aren’t made fresh there at all, only I saw made fresh there was pizzas from another CZcams video. In this video they are making the sandwiches fresh there, but another Wally’s didn’t have their sandwiches made fresh and suppose Wally’s are franchises, meaning the owner doesn’t keep a high standard at his location. Bathrooms are good but not as good and clean as Buc-EE’s. Another Buc-EE’s location is set to open on December 13, 2023 in Independence, Missouri, other locations are planned for Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and maybe Iowa possibly next to or near by the world’s largest truck stop, the I-80 Truck Stop in Iowa. I have heard another Buc-EE’s is planned for Arizona and hopefully they will come to California soon.

They’re building a new one near I-70 in east Independence, Missouri.
