Thanks for this! I am a returning player who hasn't played since 2009, so I was super confused about the differences. Glad to know I am not crazy! The leveling up really is faster in the new version.
@@Sryker absolutely! Leveling up is almost a bit of a class trial in retail honestly. The game is very focused on end game which to be fair is the best end game in the MMO genre. But if you want that slower old-school adventure in a new world vibe then classic might be your jam.

This is a sample of how low fighting games have fallen. Everyone does the same thing, in the same sequence. As complicated as memorizing the PI number.
