DIY Wooden Pulley for Mowing Deck

DIY heavy duty wooden Pulley for my mowing Deck!
So my Tractor wasn't able to drive my new mowing deck. I tried running the tractor at really low rpm, so the front PTO wouldn't spin that fast. But Mr. Trac does not have enough power (18hp) and dies....so i made a new Pulley out of Wood.

      @@DIYdiacsnFarmstead The idea using steel to sandwich 🥪 the wood seems like a good one. I know your pain with the tractor. Years ago I bought a big round hay baler. Then had to go out and find a 966 turbo International Harvester to pull it. Tho I did fall in love with the 966. It burned half the fuel of the tractor half it's size.

    hey there,i have the Stamo 75 engine...two stroke...it has a screw at the bottom of the engine...it looks like and oil drain screw,but it cant have oil inside there because its a two stroke...can you tell me what that screw is for?thank you.

    • @DIYdiacsnFarmstead
      @DIYdiacsnFarmstead Před rokem

      Sounds like the screw doesnt belong there, but a valve. If you try to start it several times, but it wont fire up, you "drown" the engine with too much gas/oil and it wont start anymore. With that valve (or by removing the screw) you can let the gas out of the engine and try to start it again...
