Sounds great! When you join unlocked are you a prison officer or does it involve working in all areas of prisons, Justice ministry etc?
That prison looks like an elementary school. The problem with the USA is that prison are usually located in very rural areas, usually places with heavy unemployment and personnel limited in education and attitude. Desperate people guarding and controlling desperate people.
I couldn't help but wish that this attitude would be present in all prisons - maybe particularly in New Jersey, where I am now.

Can I ask if the graduates stay on in the service or move on to other jobs? I have watched a number of these videos and it appears that they move on? My goal would be to try and progress within the service. Is there a rank structure? What other opportunities can I move on to?
