Three5Human-Black Rock Queen 2004
The 2004 "Sampler CD" version of "Black Rock Queen." I picked up the 4 track CD when the band opened for Indigo Girls at Chastain Park in Atlanta. The song would later appear on the 2005 Anaphora release "Flying Below the Radar." The album version is much faster, but I've always enjoyed the heavier groove of this one.

From the 1995/1996 Evergreen Records CD Single "Fat-N-Ugly." A small indie project. The band would eventually morph into the Atlanta band "Lovebuzzards." I do not own the rights to this song. I've just loved it for years.

Eruption cover by Rev. Ed Broms

Taken from the 1997 Cherrydisc/Roadrunner release: "Everybody Wants Some: A Loose Interpretation of the Musical Genius of Van Halen" This was a seriously quirky Boston-based tribute to Van Halen, with some wildly different takes on the music of VH. Here. The Reverend Ed. Broms plays EVH's iconic "Eruption" on the organ of the Holy Name Parish Catholic Church in West Roxbury. I do not own the co...

In 1980, Boston favorites The Fools had just released their debut album "Sold Out." On April Fool's Day 1980, they played a concert at "My Father's Place" in Roslyn, Long Island. The concert was carried by WLIR, and later released as a radio-station promo called "The First Annual Official Unofficial April Fool's Day Live Bootleg." The Fools were in rare form that night, and this recording is a ...

Marillion Live-Radio Broadcasts-1986

This is actually two syndicated radio broadcasts from 1986. Westwood One broadcast a major chunk of a show from Hammersmith, but it ended right after "Heart of Lothian," which is to say after Side 1 of "Misplaced Childhood." Curiously, King Biscuit aired a partial Marillion show which picked up at "Blind Curve" and finished out the album. So, yes, "Waterhole" and "Lords of the Backstage" are mi...

Not a definitive look back (sorry if I left out your favorite scene or character). What I wanted to capture was the dreamlike feeling I get after a production. I lived with this show 24/7 for 7 weeks, and then, gone.

I sang this in our church production of "Christmas Eve & Other Stories." I'm not a singer by nature, but this came off pretty well. Thanks to Bob & Rick for bailing me out when I totally skipped a verse. Oh, the gender swap is intentional. Our bartender was female in this production.

Coverville 1329: The Eddie Van Halen Tribute
I get chills every time it hits the 5:25 mark.
Unforgettable, just great music
I think, and I hope I got this right, the early version of side 1 is hammersmith 84 cos I had a bootleg of if years ago. It's got the early draught lyrics. And I remember that bootleg the side b material was identical to the lp version. It seems cos this video is a bit hit and miss (apologies to the channel! And thanks for posting it at all ) it seems the side b material could be any version from any year 84,86,88, clearly from Cardiff though Fish namedrops Glasgow in it too.
@Abdal-Hit and miss? This is literally exactly what was broadcast on Westwood One (Assassing through Curtain Call) and on The king Biscuit Flower Hour (Blind Curve thru White Feather.) I know because I recorded the material directly from the vinyl copies in the radio stations I worked in.
bass guitar at its finest
Bad ass
If you're going to clap... clap in time to the beat of the song.
Awesome song !!!

Melhor época da banda. Fish no vocal fazia a diferença. Depois virou banda de baile.

Awesome Live album, had the album many years ago. Derringer Rocks and every track in so good. Very underrated artist and band
I miss you, Joe! What a charming man, his aunt's raised him "college bred" he was very proud of this and very kind man, proud of himself and he should have been! He was in the hospital and escaped onto the freeway headed for home on foot; he collapsed & died there by the highway! A fitting end for a restless Sagittarius man, I suppose but so sad!
MERRY BLESSED ROCKIN' CHRISTMAS TO ALL! JESUS LOVES YOU!

Great song - make sure you find the live recordings of this played with Alex Skonick. Incredible.
Derringer played with Zeppelin on their last ever US show along with Judas Priest before they hit it big. This LP kicks some major ass.
Un des meilleurs bootlegs!!! One of the best bootlegs
🎸⚡💥🔥🤘👊👏👍👍

The versión of Misplaced Childood is the same as the Childhood Rehearsal bootleg CD. This bootleg version is a 1984 record.
