Drive chip what for? How to connect a drive chip
The driver chip is installed to protect against overcurrent. The receiver for a regular toy car has an allowable current of 0.8 A to 1.2 A. Power motors are used because they can flow between 1.6 A and more than 7 A.
How to connect is as follows. Connect the VCC of the receiver to pin 4 of TA6586. Connect the GND of the receiver to pin 3 of TA6586. Connect the two motor wires of the receiver to pins 1 and 2 of TA6586. Connect pins 5 and 7 of TA6586 to the motor.

Can you please teach us how to set a perfect gear ratio counting RPM, torque and toy's weight.
Setting the gear ratio in a Tamiya minicar, competing for the highest lap time. If there are many straight sections, high RPM motors are good, and if there are many rotating sections, high torque motors are good. So, depending on the circuit, you need to use a motor that matches RPM and torque to create the best condition. And the lighter the weight of the toy car, the better.

@@CenReaperYT. It consumes more current. In load RPM, the original motor flows 1A and the FC-130SA-2850 motor flows 3.2A.
I was surprised actually as to why the second motor’s rpm was low though the specs indicated otherwise.
