Tapeheads - Roscoe's Chicken 'n' Waffles commercial
It’s the way it was from 1980 into the 90’s on the club scene. What a unique wonderful time it was . We danced in NYC clubs ,Long Island clubs and Westchester NY clubs. New music coming out everyday. Cool radio stations. When I see the two of them flying across the dance floor it brings me back . Such a great scene 👍
Aidan rocked this scene!
This movie is a RIOT
This song, and Aidan's dancing is truly magical ✨️ 🪄😍
thanks eh. im gonna go pee on yonge st
Awesome Memories/ This Band Brought Out the Naughty Girl Who wants harmless fun.
I own this. have since the late eighties. Always a good night watching this movie and living in those old memories.
“Cover for me on that surgery.” 😂
Aidan Quinn and Daryl Hannah are both older now and I wonder do they watch this scene and say "we killed those dance moves didn't we?
Sam Moore and Junior Walker. Both just absolute national treasures.
King Cotton RULES!!❤
This movie is an underrated gem of a bygone era. It's so dated, but yet remains timeless.
no sound. damn.
I love this concept. Aidan's character forces Daryl Hannah's character to fall in love with him with his seductive dance moves.
LOL. I have to admit, I duplicated this at a party in college one time. I was blasted. Completely drunk, but man what fun it was or embarrasing. I remember the next day my roommate's girlfriend saying "ummm.....what the hell got into you." .. I laughed, and said "I went to see about a girl".
Why are they yelling all the time?! 😂
I love the 80s. My generation x
the poor woodchuck was being used to film "Hinterland's Who's Who"
Loved that flick
Love these hi-def 240p videos....
This scene gives me goosepops. The way the camera is used is so cool.
Never saw the movie but always loved the song!
Don't think he's underrated at all. He's always great.
When dance was ADHD!
what is worse - I believe in the lyrics [ so sue me ]
Silver fox has ingrained❤❤ rhythmic moves . Love those Irish boys they age well.
80s music was some of the best tunes ever... late 70s was the best for road tunes....mtv and. vh1 played music and music videos round the clock....some of the most bitchin times for tunes, without a doubt.
Glad this humour was my Canadian young life! Not now though. Sad.
Eugene levy
Aidan Quinn is getting down. That is a very punk rock dance. Daryl Hannah is now married to Neil Young.
Toronto!! No traffic!!! 😮😮😮
Romeo Void is one of the most under rated bands in my time. The songs all hit that vibe! Singer had her own unique voice…rare.
Coke needs to bring this back
When people are goodlooking they can get away with being jerks and put no effort in a relationship.
Goddamn Aiden Quinn was a great actor... i mean that dude totally committed to every scene! He acted like every scene was his last scene! So underrated!!
Great movie with a great story line. A shame it is not recognized more
That dance had me dying 😂.
New Wave!!
Would love to see a reaction to this.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here, Aidan is from Chicago, (so is Darryl) The early 80's House music scene had a lot of hardcore dancing. I wouldn't be surprised if he incorporated some of that, cause we use to go off!!
When I first saw this movie I thought Roscoes was a joke, then I moved to LA & found out it's a real place... and yes, of course I went
My fav movie..named my cat reckless
Great song to dance to! Pre-Woke 80s. We were human beings then and enjoyed polarity between the sexes which made the continuation of human life possible since the dawn of creation.
She's now an art teacher at Desert Hot Springs High School; Ms Iyall
Loved this film I saw it when it first came out.
Adian Quinn is awesome, did anybody else notice that Everyone is wearing gray, white or black and Daryl Hannah is the only one wearing red so she stands out in the scene.
Was this movie funded by coca cola?
So cinematic on both Aidan and Darryl dancing together. He turn the record from slow, sappy song to the song that rock.
I can't even say how much I still love this song - 40 years on. This movie hit close to home with me back then. It's the darker, edgier, flipside of Footloose 😮
Oh, I agree 💯!❤️🔥
You have to be a Canadian of a certain age to fully appreciate this.
I’m American and I appreciate this skit. Watched this show on NBC back in the early 1980’s. Saw the movie they parodied.
