Both the Igbo and the Akan Tribes are Hebrew Jews specifically enslaved and picked to go to certain plantations in the Caribbean and America. Scholarly books of history have documented this fact. There are also maps showing exactly where these tribes lived and had kingdoms i.e. kingdom of Juda or Whidah on the 1747 Map of Africa which was the Slave coast. Then google and Look at and read all the red notes on the map of the 1930 Map of the Jewish communities all over Africa. In 1506, even before the trade even started , Oba Esigie had a partial ban in place stoping the sale of any male. In 2516, i5 became. TOTAL ban and lasted for over 300 years. The Europeans knew what they and the Dahomians did hence why the change of Dahomey to Benin the only legitimate sovereign nation state in the entire region and one for that matter that fought against slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade. The British and French in fact Europeans never like to talk about the fact that Benin Empire banned slavery, they prefer to give that that themselves and the British in particular added lies on Benin to make th3 delve, one of the most vicious and prolific slavers, look good. Even right down to colonial times, it was common knowledge that the Benin Kingdom did not participate in the European TransAtlantic Slavery. When Akitoye at that time wrote to the Governor General that the Oba of Benin never participated in slavery, hence the Oba did not support Kosoko (because Kosoko was an avid slave trader!) the British realized that have to be the ones to start looking good and began the narrative that Britain was for abolition (whilst doing nothing to actually stop the trade!). Akitoye also maintained that Oba of Benin did not support slavery and even stated that Oyo, Kosoko and the Gezo of Dahomey were using Eko Seaport, which was a war camp for Benin from way back before any of the foreigners came to our shores. Benin never had guns but the arriving slavers from Europe did and by the 1600 had arrived fully armed on Eko port.
