Therefore, promoting something that is not even acknowledged locally in Palau is nothing short of fraud and deception. For those of us who genuinely love Palau and wish to stay for an extended period, especially for the love of diving, the 180-day tourist visa is a false and deceptive claim. I purchased it because it was guaranteed by the current President of Palau, and it turns out you are all colluding in this scam.

I have found literally no substantial information about this project. Sounds like your average circle jerk investor scam.
