You would get smoked by anybody with good wrestling or footwork, also all its going to do is cut them, a belt isnt going to knock anybody out. I wouldnt choose thid weapon. And you absolutely wont control the distance without any training in boxing or muay thai. I think anybody with any sort of mma training would easily deatroy somebody with a belt. Especially if they catch the belt, now the belt is working against you cause they can easily catch it cause a belt is going to be extremely telegraphed and slow, once they catch it, especislly if the dude has bjj, youre getting choked out with your own weapon. This might work in jet li movies but in real life it would be extremely ineffective against just about any other weapon or any training.
