Simply put the solution is to: Demonstrate to the modular home building industry the vast amount of potential profit in the untapped affordable single-family home market. The solution is an economic model that will be able to produce millions of houses in the next 10 years. My goal is to entice industry to create millions of small affordable modular homes intended for small lots. Mass production can only be accomplished with common designs. Anticipating this, I designed this house to have the lowest possible total cost of ownership. The concept is basically a model-T, common design mass produced, cost reduced. i haven't seen anybody even close to him not having knowledge, but teaching so smoot. giving so much information fast clean and repainting it again. i listen to all videos on you tube and he is unbelievable. i didn't pass y exam last month . got 68%. but with listening to him only i see nobody could explain like him. why not use a lav mic kartik? it's like $20 and has a long cord to connect to your camera or iphone. that echo is grand canyon level. or go fancy with a wireless lav.

I passed the California Real Estate Exam in December on the first try. I used your videos to go through the course books. You are a wonderful instructor. The other key is do all the practice tests you can find! Also learning the vocabulary of real estate is a must!

I postponed the test a few times then called the school and used the crash course online site and studied all weekend. Passed on Monday! Put in the time and you will pass!

not at all. you are absolutely right in regards to landlord's off setting the loss on deposits. it will just make rent less affordable.

I really feel like if you can afford to do it, do it now .. buy... history shows these rates could possibly go higher.

initially it looks good decision for renter , but if we think the impact of it in future I don't think it will help renters too. as you said investors have issues with this, so slowly they try to shift their money by selling the house to some other better investment options , with that rental houses will decrease and for sale will increase , in that situation renter should pay more for the same house , this is worse than paying one month extra deposit this is just my vision, I am not saying it will only happen
