Sprinting for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds rest in between 8 times is impossible. That’s like asking a sprinter to complete a 200 metre track sprint every 10 seconds, 8 times.

I understand what you mean. Completely correct. BUT, in modern society, if we over complicate it too early for most people who already been fed too much rubbish, it just adds more complexity, which is unnecessary at the start. Take baby steps and build them up 👌🏼 This stuff should be taught in schools!

Hello Thom. What muscles do this exercise target?
The more upright you set the bench, the more the shoulders get the work. For example, if you were to set the bench at 90 degrees (meaning the back support is straight up) you would be working your shoulders only. In this video, he's set the bench at 75 degrees, so he's mostly working his shoulders and a little bit of his upper chest.
