I've interacted with other cruisers who weren't staying in a studio cabin, but were at the studio lounge meetups. Studio cabins are small but feel more than adequate so all the other options would seem huge. If you plan on staying in the cabin for most of the cruise then I suppose paying all the extra money for larger cabin options would be worth it...I guess.

I say if you are only going to cruise once and a while then go for it. Go all out and spend the money on a balcony. I like to cruise at least 2, sometimes 3 times a year. The money I save by getting an inside cabin allows me to go on more cruises.
