A better result than I had anticipated. Not bad at all.
you should stop the video right when you are finished talking. In this case stop the video at 6:02. This will help with retention. Your video was fully watched so your channel is recommended more. If they skip off your video before its over completely, you lose retention. people dont watch the "whole" video at that point, according to the youtube algorithm. Dont even give people a chance to click off your video. People watching the rest of the 32 seconds wont really help nor hinder you in the long run, however, if people do not watch the rest of that 32 seconds, it is very much hurting your video you worked hard on. you are much more likely to catch ALL of those people to hold retention if you cut your video off the very second it is finished. It takes people less than 2 seconds to make the decision that they are bored and to move on to another video.
i love round abouts, drive in circles faster and faster until the rear end starts to break lose. Fun
I'm an Irish truck driver and I can tell you that over 90% of irish drivers DO NOT KNOW how to use a basic roundabout. They have been in ireland for decades. Roundabouts work well when people use them correctly but unfortunately people in ireland are too lazy and too stupid to use them correctly and it is getting worse!
In Australia we never allow the left lane to turn right or the right lane to turn left from the direction of entry. Both lanes can go straight. Since it's the same at every roundabout, virtually everyone ends up in the correct lane from prior knowledge. You rarely if ever see people use the wrong lane. I've seen more people just go the wrong way around the roundabout, probably people from a different country.
The Netherlands solved the multilane roundabout problem decades ago: the turbo roundabout (basicly a spiral in the middle)
I just got a 62, it ran great when parked one night and like junk the next morning but im thinking its something simple
@@investedcrypto9210 try running some SeaFoam through the fuel system. See if that helps.
Everything in this video is wrong about how they should work. Here is how they work in the civilized world (for right side drivers. Reverse all rules for left side drivers) #1 Outter lane rule: Always exits right on the next exit point in the direction of the roundabout where you entered. Always exits on right lane. NO exceptions. You cannot keep going to the next exit. If you wanted that, you picked the wrong lane and you need to exit. Don't think, just do it. #2 Inner Lane rules: (which is left lane in two lane roundabouts): This lane has choices. You can decide to exit anytime, BUT must do so in the left lane of whatever exit you want. Don't go into the right lane, don't switch to the outer lanes. Just trust the system because rule 1 protects you. end of rules. simple no? that's right. When you don't get creative they work well. Cheat sheet: If you want to exit at 3 in your diagram, the only choice is the right lane. If you want to exit at 12 in your diagram, the only choice is the left lane. If you want to exit at 9 in your diagram, the only choice is the left lane. but how can this be so simple?!?!?! well, because we force the right lane to always take the first exit, it means anyone in the inside lane exiting cannot possibly turn into you as you're forced to exit at the firs opportunity into the right lane, and any inner lane traffic MIGHT exit into the left lane. No chance of hitting anything!. But! what you don't want the first exit? Then you merge into the inner lane as you enter the roundabout. And you should know this before you got to the roundabout so you should be lining up in the left lane. From the left lane, you can ignore all outter lane traffic as it will exit before you enter. Amazing! it's like...science and math was applied to highways creating a predictable consistent system that works for any two lane roundabouts no matter how many exists they have! but wait there is more! if you have no idea which exit you're supposed to use, simply enter on the the left lane into the inner lane and spin around until you spot the exit you want. then just exit into the left lane! cool no? it's like nascar...and this is key: simply explain this to Americans in terms of nascar. They are sure to get it: the inner lane is your nascar track, you can go out into the pits anytime. But remember! pit lane is always the left lane. Right lane is for chickens that are too afraid to race and are just passing at the edge of the race track and will exit in shame to the right. Now that you understand this, you realize all two lane roundabouts are actually one lane roundabouts because only the inner lane has a choice. Outter lanes are simply "bypass lanes" which are not separated by anything other than paint.
4 way stop intersections are just retarded. just paint a circle already. you have sufficiently wide roads. once EVERYBODY is on the same page even 3 lanes arent a problem. you just,,, watch out can drive in a ``chess`` patern unfortunately idiots arent banned from driving so dumb accident will happen. at least not at 90 degree at high speed.
There is no way that the inner lane can exit at 3 in that circumstance, you get the exact same issue you get at 12 in that case. Either the outer lane must turn at 3, or the inner lane must not turn at 3.
In that situation though, a driver waiting at either lane at six should yield to the drivers in the circle. So the person exiting the inner lane at three has the right of way over person waiting to enter at six. Of course, the person in the inner lane should signal their intention. However I’m not sure if signaling is required.
I've only ever seen dual lane roundabouts marked for entering on the outer lane to exit at 3 or 12 and entering on the inner to exit at 12 or 9. Of course, the inner can also continue to 6 and can change to the outer lane when safe to do so. That doesn't mean that someone already on the roundabout on the inner lane can't exit at 3 while someone is entering on the outer lane at 6, but they should be indicating to exit and the car entering the roundabout should yield, and everybody should just take it easy. I just checked SC-170 and SC-46 and that roundabout has dedicated right turn lanes that bypass the roundabout, the outer lane is for going straight, and the inner lane is for going straight or left. It's not like your drawing.
The problems on roundabouts come from people not knowing how to use a roundabout safely. This is caused by the simple fact that the US doesn't have real driver education. If you're lucky your father or mother will "teach" you, with their limited knowledge of traffic laws, how to drive. As a result you get a lot of uneducated people driving in (muscle) cars without some basic knowledge on how to survive. Next America wonders how come so many people die on their roads. USA has 12.9 fatalities per 100.000 inhabitants, Europe has 7.4 per 100.000 inhabitants, Netherlands has 3.8 per 100.000 inhabitants. Netherlands has mandatory driver education, USA hasn't.
The biggest cause of deaths on the road is......
This seems to be a uniquely common thing in the U.S. Rule exists: "YOO CAN'T TELL ME WUT TO DO GUVNNT" --- Disaster ensues.
The problem Situation can already happen at the first exit... so... 👎
@@MartinRonky good point. Hence having the right lane exit to a dedicated ramp to the road at 3:00.
Do The Paris Arc de Triomphe roundabout and you can do anything
That was fun when I was there back in the 80s.
In Spain you have to use the outside lane even to turn at 9.00.. Madness.
Want to fix roundabouts? Put up a stop light. They suck.
youd rather stop than drive in a circle w/o stopping? why?
@Vova3iLvova because people don't know how to drive and traffic circles are more prone to accidents from someone being in the wrong lane not paying attention. If the traffic lights are timed correctly they actually work better than stupid traffic circles.
@@knightwalker6627 "If the traffic lights are timed correctly" 😂😂😂😂😂 In Phoenix they aren't timed. Period. Random madness on the roads. Gotta love the entitled Karen in the BMW racing up to the next red light.🤔
@ADBLOCKER4CZcams can't fix stupid, that's what you get for hiring incompetent government workers.
A simple example of how impossible it seems that the United States has become the power that it is.
Roundabouts mean you have to think when you are driving thus they will always meet confusion and resistance in the US, were people still there is a fast lane, and the left lane is for hogging driving parallel and backing up traffic for miles.
*PLEASE TRANSLATE*
@ADBLOCKER4CZcams I'll take a stab at it. I think it has a misspelling, a missing word, some missing commas, and a run-on sentence. Here's my guess:Roundabouts mean you have to think when you are driving. Thus they will always meet confusion and resistance in the US; where people still think there is a fast lane, and the left lane is for hogging, driving parallel, and backing up traffic for miles
@@beelmars5400 I don't even want to go to the left lane argument. Yeah, people doing 55 in their motorhome holding up traffic for miles because they're living in that lane should be fed into a car crusher. However, it's also not a free-for-all lane where little beta boys can drive 25 over the limit and ride on everyone's tail. In Aridzona, if you hang out in the right lane, you run the risk of getting crushed by an eighteen wheeler or falling into a pothole the size of the Barringer Crater. We had a roundabout here; actually a double roundabout, that went from SIX lanes down to TWO and then back to SIX! Can you say “genius?” It featured a dual lane in each circle and was a personal injury attorney's delight. They finally got rid of it (at a cost of god knows how much) and replaced it with a diverging diamond interchange. I don't know how or if it works. I take the long way around and completely avoid the mess. Of course, this is a state firmly rooted in the 1950s and refuses to move forward. Instead of widening some of our interstates, they are busily building reversible lanes. I haven't seen those since 1968 in St. Louis...
@@beelmars5400 My comment was poorly written, you recast my comment correctly. Thank You
@@ADBLOCKER4CZcams It is not just motor-homes in the left lane, it is the majority of drivers, there is no concept of a multi lane highway. If there are more than two cars on a multi-lane highway you can bet it will eventually become backed up.
Yep, In the UK we can go right and left at roundabouts without hitting anyone. However we also have road marking arrows that tell you the correct lane because some roundabouts have 3 or 4 lanes and 5 or 6 exits and trafficlights inside the roundabout.
well that sounds ridiculous

A couple of things....first, your car looks like it's a stick shift. Powerglide cars are according to the Chevy shop manual, adjusted in Drive, but then you can have a fast idle in Neutral. Second, you can use a 1/4" socket drive wrench with extension to more easily adjust the fast idle screws, I think it's a 1/4" socket. Then there's no chance of the screwdriver slipping off the screw.
good video thanks
SC is in desperate need for widening I95 and I26.... Its 2024 and the American population is close to 400 million... Its time to update!!! SC was bitter about the feds mandating where it went and they spited themselves for neglecting it all those decades.
Thing sounds good
I hate to keep you on blast so this is my last comment. There is absolutely nothing of value in this video except you showing yourself squirting cleaner into your face. That happens and is not good. This was made in 2023? Info is totally inadequate. The synch tool doesn't dictate the system. It is adjustable and a tool. You wouldn't tell someone to adjust a wrench to half way and work on their motor. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS VIDEO. GO TO THE FORUMS WHERE THERE ARE CHECKS AND BALANCES ON ADVICE.
