excellent work for study of hydraulic and pneumatics .... we highly appreciate it
A simple appearance outside can't tell what is happening inside this device, so great to understand its working principle. Thank a lot.
Need a video on pneumatic pulse valves. Any suggestions.
This is the best explanation ever ❤
Mujhe anders wala burger
what is the mechanism of retracting?
The terminology is a bit idiotic. You must first mention a pneumatic actuator(cylinder) has both a rod and piston. Then you say there is no rod, but there is a piston. Sounds obvious, but not for new engineers or anyone who's never taken one apart.
Amazing explanations! Keep up the good work!! <3
😊
Thanks
Very nice!
thank you
5:27 you show a pneumatic cylinder here. Although pneumatics are considered “fluid power” this is a hydraulic cylinder in this instance
4:42 electric motor is the “prime” mover. It can also be a diesel engine, gasoline engine etc.
1:45 this is also called the “sump”
Now I understand how the piston valve work 😊 thank you so much
Congrats. So good, easy to understand
I understand 👍👍👍
Excellent
helpful thanx
ı would like to ask one question.we have two high shov and lov shov this valve firstly read tank pressure and compare the set pressure then make a pressure control based on the threshold.we want to use withput proportional valve or samrt valve is it possible to use with just on and off valve ?
Thank you very much, what about current consumption at 20% for example? It will drain a lot of current as it stays at steady level the coil of the solenoid valve will work too much isn't it?isn't more convenient to use a servo motor with an MCU to control a standard valve in water applications?
Thank you so much
what if both work simultaneously ?
Hello. If electricity is input to both coils of the double-acting solenoid valve at the same time, the device may malfunction, or the coil may be damaged if it is energized for a long time. So you have to turn on and off both sides.
It is very good
Excellent presentation , for me it was a great review
Happy for what I learned
Thanks 🙏
Superb
great Ms. PNEUMATIC..
Thank you very much for this professional work of explaining easily, precisely, and effectively.
What if we use automatic pressure control in the compressor? Do we still need an air regulator??
If the compressor has an automatic pressure regulator, I don't think it's necessary to have a separate regulator.
thank you very much dear
can you please tell where can i find these products
These are KCC products. You can check the KCC website through the link below. KCC website: www.kccpr.com/en/ Thank you.
I have a 25 ohms) proportional solenoid valve that uses 200mA-700mA (to operate. I am trying to find a driver or a signal generator for it. Please advise
It would be better to contact the manufacturer of the proportional solenoid valve and purchase a compatible product.
Sangat membantu...terimakasih
These videos taught me more in around an hour than an official course that took around 20 hours within 3 days.
What a great explanation and animation! So, with a double-acting solenoid valve, the cylinder's rod can stop at any position between the maximum and minimum stroke. But, a single-acting solenoid valve only has two stop points. Is that right?
I don't know if I understood it correctly, The fact that the cylinder can stop anywhere between the minimum stroke and the maximum scroll can cause this to happen if the fluid is cut off or there is not enough force delivered. If you intend to stop in the middle, you can stop using a multistage stroke cylinder, and the 3-position valve can stop in three positions.
In calculation why pressure has plus 0.1 and divide 0.1 please explain the conversation
@ms.pneumatic Possible to hire you to consult a prototype we are working on?
you are the best maam thank you so much
Thank you for the easy to follow videos. If left solenoid is on having the cylinders rod in the out position and then left is turned off without turning on the right side the rod would stay out since there wasn't a signal to moves right sides plunger right? If so would it be because the left plunger stays left from ongoing pressure from hydraulic pump or would the left plunger go back to the right creating equal pressure traveling thru both sides of the pilot hole?
I've been sent here by my engineering teacher
Good explanation
Fantastic video! Thank you so much!
please make video for air consumption in on-off valve & control valve
Thanks
When booster valve is in Stop condition or reaches predefined level then why one of drive chamber need to vacate?
Well explained
So if pressure increases when restricted to feed the second cylinder, wouldn't pressure decrease back to 5bar once it enters the second cylinders large area? Making it pointless?
