Rural Philippines wet market

With the CoronaVirus dominating events a lot of Westerners are not sure what a "wet market" is, or how it works. Here is a brief look at a rural, Filipino wet market that is fairly representative of what you see throughout Asia (without the Chinese exotic animals that they seem to like). “Napa tanda mo naman, tarantado, wag kang matakot” I think
"Napakapandamay mo naman! Tarantado ka tumatago, pandamay mo naman eh...???" Tama ba yung narinig ko?

Elizabeth Montgomery is the most beautiful woman that ever lived or ever *will* live. So regardless of what else was there in this particular video, I would never think it a waste of time to spend a couple of minutes looking at Elizabeth Montgomery at the height of her beauty. And... guys.... let's not pretend that no one other than myself noticed that miss Liz was not wearing a bra, shall we? lol 😍 But I do have a question: WTH are you guys taking about?? I've watched this thing with my eyes glued to her pretty little nose 3 times all the way through, and I did not see any wiggling. Whachoo talkin' 'bout, Willis? 🙃
YT cut the last few seconds off when she did the nose wiggle.
This whole episode is great - Elizabeth Montgomery and all the rest of the guest stars are wonderful - it used to be posted on CZcams but seems to have been taken down. Too bad...
that didn't even make sense... the only word I got was 'tarantado'.
He said "Napaka mapandamay mo naman!" - I think it makes sense cause if the man listened to the woman, she wouldn't have jumped to the pool and he (the crew) wouldn't have to do anything but relax and watch the party. 😂 Instead, he had to stand up, save the woman and maybe even get wet trying to do it.
@@jey_walking1206 interesting... i guess it's a very common saying back in the days. i just don't hear anyone say that sentence out loud in the modern day that's why it did not make sense. I didn't even make out "mapandamay" until you pointed it out lol
He said "you're such a troublemaker for everyone".
This helped me with a news report, thank you!
Her hair was also parted in the middle like she wore it in the last season of Bewitched!!

I’m not sure when this episode was filmed. But it looks like Elizabeth cut her hair short for the Bewitched pilot.
thank you for your contribution! i' ve never seen this footage before. i'm sure you're about this is the first time she didi it on camera, but bewitched first episode aired on september 17, 1964, so it was almost a year after this when liz made it popular. Greetings from argentina
Hey Rick, thanks for posting! Recently picked one up the other day. Did you run +P when you were testing different loads?
Liz Montgomery could play a fiendish character.
Yes! She did it!

This is the most useless video I have seen about guns in a long time. That is absolutely not how you pronounce the name. Instead of asking an idiot who works a booth for Century Arms at a gun show perhaps you should have asked someone who speaks the Turkish language.
Sorry bud you and century firearms are wrong 😂 As always good old Americans mis pronouncing stuf then saying it’s the “real way to say it” Canik is actually a city in turkey pronounced janik that’s is the real way. How about rename this video to the “im too lazy to learn another language and will call it what I want video” at least you be honest
It's actually pronounced Janik.
Im from brgy. Candelaria, San Narciso, Zambales. But im stayed here in Angeles City for a long years.
I am supportin RICK - official pronounciatron is janik: czcams.com/video/tS9J_IdVO-s/video.html
Old vid but interesting idea. Ive tried the broomstick method with chickens and I didnt like it. I have some bunnies Ill be processing soon for the first time. I just might try this.
Don’t be a moron; just because the importer is too dumb to pronounce it correctly doesn’t make it right.
Hmmm.... another "official video" from Canik featuring their latest and greatest pistol of the month. And can anyone guess just how the official Canik announcer/spokesman pronounces the Canik name? You probably can if you've been paying attention, eh. czcams.com/video/Zqi8vxRyF-Q/video.html

yeah but ur overweight and a boomer closer to death than life. it's janik
How odd that the company that imports them and the company that makes them both disagree with you. I escaped death's clutches 13 months ago. I am okay with that.
I just picked up one of these at a gun show looks exactly the same and came with original box I'm honestly anxious to take it out and see what groupings I can get with this
I'd bet you will be pleased
I miss this place so much....
Certainly understandable.
Thanks for the info . I’ve learned something today . Sending full support. Subscribed. New friend waiting here 🙏
Just use a hammer
Can I used 38 SPL+ p in 38 spl model 86
not recommended. Older .38s were just not made for that level of power.
Broom handle method is much more humane. Or a 22 short.

Hello from South Cotobato... Great video..
My home is there
So easily misinformed.
True. Many of the commenters here just refuse to accept the reality that the company that Imports the Canik line of firearms here in America probably knows best about how to pronounce the name of the firearms here in America.
I miss the Philippines. You are right we dont have those exotic animals in our wet market, Our Fish are really fresh not frozen.
True... especially when our family owns some of the fishing boats. 😁
One of my favorite places to visit in Philippines!

The Turks changed the pronunciation of the name because their biggest supporter is America. So, now the Turks are confused about the pronunciation.
There is often two kinds of reality. Real reality and marketing reality. They can be quite different at times.
No, we are not confused about the pronounciation of any word. Turkish is one of the few perfectly phonetic languages in which everyone pronounces any given word exactly the same. There are very clear rules of vocalization of letters. We have 29 letters, 6 of them modified for the sounds of Turkish: "ç" (like "sh" in she), "ı-I" as different from "i-İ", "ğ" (or soft g, which cannot be the initial letter and is not spelled openly), "ö" (like oe), "ü" reminding the German umlaut. We don't have "q,x,w". Our "c" is pronounced as "dj-, or "g" in genial), our "j" is like the j in Jumanji.
@@Kenan-Z Okay, we will modify it to say that the Turks are confused about the way Americans pronounce the Canik name
Like the video, I won this model at a handgun match in 1977. Sold it to get a model 14 S&W. I now have a chance to buy the same gun back but I have no idea what it's worth, could you make a reasonable suggestion? It been used but in reasonable shape. Thanks.
I paid $200 for mine at an internet auction but I think the true value of it is a bit north of that
@@TheOriginalRick Does it matter it’s 40 yrs old and as I said in reasonable shape but I have no idea how many rounds went down the spout in those years, doesn’t appear to have any pitting, action is good.
i went to that school back in 87 zambales academy
