Some personal footage I have recorded during this amazing show at L'Olympia !
Almost 10 years after my first BABYMETAL show in a smaller venue of the same street (La Cigale), I wanted to record again a bit of the show, and by kitsune-sama what a good show it was!
Also, I was celebrating my 20th BABYMETAL show that night! Crazy to think about all the memories and friends I made along the way...
Here's to 10 more years of BABYMETAL craziness!

Well, that's the biggest venue they played in France as a solo act so far! La Cigale (in 2014) and Elysée Montmartre (in 2019) capacities are around the same at 1400 people, La Laiterie (2015 & 2023) is around 1200 person, and this venue, L'Olympia, is 2000 person. It is a small venue for them compared to what they do in Japan, but for Europe that's a pretty big venue !

ほんとまさか、はじめ海外出る時こんなに受け入れられると思わなかったよね。特にメタルファンに。そもそも日本のメタルファンすら制覇してなかったと思う当時。 そして同時に日本のメタルが海外で通用した、ある種誰でも知ってるクラスは初なんじゃないかな？ 細かくは知らないけど俺の感覚ではラウドネスとかよりも浸透してると思う。そういう意味でも嬉しい。

日本でのライブが少なすぎます。 アリーナ規模の集客力があるのは承知してますが、一度日本内で全国ホールツアーやフェスに出まくるといった年も設けて欲しいです。 今日本のメタルシーンはガールズバンドの競争がとても激しいです
