ummmmm this is the before class of 2013 where bakugo has been looking for ways to find Izuku and decided to kill two birds with one stone by placing a hit on shigaraki and hoping it frees izuku from his situation. Izuku is dumb and decides to do business with people he meets on the internet. And Bakugo uses this to finally meet up with izuku who has been MIA since Inko’s death. He gives him pills that would be discreet enough to suffocate shigaraki.
