Another thing, after the Patton, Sherman S and the Lynx, itâs highly unlikely there will be major first batch issues with the L, kinda think they may have this particular wheel format figured out.
I own 16x, Falcon, Sherman S and a Lynx, and still pre ordered the L.
I thought it was lizard at first hahahaha I have MOST of the stuff needed to set up a habitat for a lizard. I just dont have the room for it right now
haha nice you played along and you sir get pinned comment! :) Congratulations !

Nice Tarantula! I had a "Goliath pink bird eater" back in the day. Bought it in San Diego California on a trip, sure was fun getting it threw TSA at the airport đ€Ł. Tip on the crickets, make sure they don't get loose. They can survive along time and are annoying to hear calling all over the house.
I do not need the speed, but I really want the range and the safety is also a bonus. I'm still gonna wait about 6-8 months before buying tho as with all wheels it will get released with problems, or maybe something better may come out you never know.
tire pressure? Tried with 32psi.. no way to go, wobbling a lot. Lowered to 25 seems ok
i ride 28-30. Yes, the lowered pressure on this tire makes it more stable for sure! Shinkos can be run low , although other people tell me other wise to keep it at the max recommended to protect rim. I guess if your not jumping , hopping up curbs or going down stairs, the lowered psi would be fine.
@@WILSONsHobbies as tire have single narrow central rubber spikes row, running tire at higher pressure is the same as trying to balance on razzor blade, lol
I hope we find her

God bless u. I have been trying to make this work and yes......the ring was inside of my model too. Thank u so much for making this video. So what is that stupid ring for?????

@@WILSONsHobbies thanks so much Wilson. I been trying to figure this out for 3 days because those glasses look bad-ass on you
On the Lynx you have about 5 miles of high-speed riding before you lose 4 mph off the top speed
You're going to buy it Wilson!!!!
Can you let me know the eyewear (shades you are wearing in this video. THEY are really sharp and I want to purchase the exact same ones

Sherman L is the perfect wheel for doing food delivery.
Baby oil made my tire go on like a breeze, didn't even need to bother with the zip ties. Valve stem was a piece of cake with narrow needle nose pliers to hold it and force it up into its hole.
Love my Shinko 244. Feels great on the asphalt too!
I go bike lane as main, and take the road only when its clear of cars, or when i have no choice. If im among traffic, i obey same laws. Mirror check, signal, and shoulder check. I dont lane split at all. If a lane on the bike path opens up or even a pedestrian sidewalk, i switch out of the way of traffic.
â€
Aw poor Duckie! I hope you find her soon!
I saw that quick cut in footage at the weed store, then when the cars passed you said "wee, wee". I was wondering how far i could go on a charge at good medium speed like that. Three of my best friends were from Maine in USMC. Nice video!
Nice!! đ€
You sound like a hater. You have no valid reasons. Just complaints and assumptions. And we are the trolls? Rrrrerright. . . . You're just mad you just bought a lynx's. đ Now you have no more moneys. đ
Now is your time to shine on the pinned comment. Did you take offense ? Did i upset you with the trolling mention? OK so normally someone would say why my points were not valid. Maybe that will add to discussion. Looking forward to hear more and it's kind of funny you say I just have complaints and assumptions. It sounds like you have the same.
Has the weight of the helmet been uncomfortable at all?
To be honest, I haven't even used it much during these warmer months and it would be a really hot option with the weather we're having now with 90° and extreme humidity. But I'm rambling to answer your question: The weight of the helmet is OK not heavy at least I haven't really noticed it being so
@@WILSONsHobbies Thanks. I appreciate it.
Great vid. Pretty awesome distance. Which mirror are you using? How do you like it?
I do not remember the brand, but it's basically a teardrop mirror you can put on a bicycle helmet. I glued it on a GoPro mount so I can easily clip it in and clip it out if I don't want it without having to mess with the adhesive seems OK looks a little on the dorky side, but I am able to see what's behind me without raising my hands for the wrist mirror or looking behind me, which is helpful
Youâre a pretty cool dude WilsonđŻ
Thank you kindly for the feedback appreciate that made my day
Hopefully with the L coming out, the lynx might come down a bit in price. I'll bite then.
Most likely not but you never know đ
I've been so happy and satisfied with my Ex30 for over a year now, none of these new wheels have come close to making me want to "upgrade" still having all the fun I can imagine
Always wanted to try that one. I tried the other version , ex20 and that was a fun machine to play with .
If you arent in search of better suspension, this wheel doesnt have much to offer for a upgrade
Haters will be haters Wilson, they probably jealous because euc is cool as f**k. Keep on rolling đ
Damn right, now we are talkin đđ
Side note, I sold my Sherman S and sold my Patton and will be purchasing the L. Patton was to easy to bottom out even the newest 70lb progressive version, my SS was nice but to have more power, more safety and more range is all a win. You may be able to pick it up for $4k as well which puts it right at the price of the Lynx. We did a 65mi cruise 2 weekends back and having the extra overhead is a win. Also nice to take out 1 wheel for a weekend that can do 100mi at 25mph and not have to worry about where I can stop to plug in for an hour or 2.
I can understand why you would do that. All your points are the other side of the conversation, which i appreciate and i agree with them. it all boils down to user preference . Why would the rider want to get it, and for you its for those reasons. I seen your videos, and they are great and well respected opinions, think that would be a good video for you to talk about Reasons TO BUY the Sherman-L :p Thanks for droppin in !
@@WILSONsHobbies Not sure ill do any more videos on my channel but I definitely have experience with all 3 current wheels and will have experience on the 4th lol I also owned an OG sherm so the knowledge and experience on LK products is VAST!
Found!
I cant believe you trust locking up your Lynx with a toothpick... i think I can chew through that cable
haha i like to see that. actually no, save your teeth, trust me. lol yea i do need to upgrade that for sure. Only used this cable a couple times when im away from it for 3-5 minutes. I dont dare leave the EUC alone more than that with that cable on. Do you have a suggestion for a lock n chain
@@WILSONsHobbies something like a Krptonite lock but I NEVER lock mine up or leave it anywhere. If it can't come in with me I am not going in simple. I have now in my 3+ years of riding only had 2 places that wouldn't let me in with my wheel and I walked away from that business... the one I asked the lady if she is liable for my $4k walking off while I'm in the store and its sitting in the doorway and she grungingly said "NO" and I said cool I won't be shopping here and left. I have gone in fine dining restaurants with my wheel and full gear, taprooms, grocery stores, gift shops, etc and never get bothered. Not worth the risk to me to leave it.
Kryptonite đŻ
I understand first batch. There are a lot of same parts as the Lynx. Which as a Lynx owner I appreciate. I see it as more aftermarket items available from the start and more to come since there will be multiple wheels that an accessory can fit. For example pedals, headlight, lowered hangers
That something i did not consider or think about. I like how the suspension parts (aside from the Patton) are for the most part the same so you can swap em around if you want to. Thanks for the comment and adding to the topic!
They need to make a wheel to compete with the falcon along the same price
so something smaller than the patton, and less expensive than it. hmmmm that would be interesting.
Your points are valid especially if you are already riding a Sherman-S or Lynx. I am not. I want range. The other long range wheels are exceeding 120lbs, the L will give me the range I need for a much lighter weight. It is top of my list at the moment. I have a Begode Extreme for off-road and short range rides.
See this is great , and thank you for adding to the conversation. There is something for everyone.
@@spikebbc If this wouldâve been out when the Lynx was, I wouldâve spent the extra $200 to get this đŻpercent!
You recommend not to buy, but I'm looking to replace my OG Sherman, that I use for commuting, with something that has suspension. What reasons would you have not to purchase the L to replace my OG?
Just that the L is expensive, heavier that your OG sherman, taller, chunkier, but other than that, you should be pleased by it
Too heavy, unnecessary range and definitely too expensive. Pass.
Thank you for telling us your thoughts on this. :)
The secret I discovered from a friend who does this type of work is that you can source your own clients! You donât have to use a Corporate-pimp or State-placement. She just starts up conversations with likely candidates and when they mention their disabilities, she can choose whether to offer assistance or just smile and let that person be someone elseâs problem/client. Unsolicited Advice: maybe spend some time at the local VA center as a volunteer and youâll find your perfect client in short order, pre-screened and hopefully fewer surprises. Most citizens that qualify to receive State-funded in-home-care are too hesitant to ask for help, so the pool of more capable clients goes severely underserved. As always, please ignore the unsolicited advice that doesnât resonate with your situation as itâs often just projection. Now, how am I going to find that one chronically injured/disabled person who just wants to ride EUCs for their physical therapy? {Oh, wait⊠thatâs me. đ }
I appreciate your feed back. Still figuring it all out . Lol lets get you on a wheel! The e20 might be that wheel that will help (left and right balance) it doesnt go fast or far but it will get you riding and do some last mile / footpath/parking lot shenanigans riding
@@WILSONsHobbies I was just riding my 16x on the trails yesterday. Iâm just about 4-5 years behind the newer wheels but the S22pro looks good as units are approaching the $1k price on the used marketplace. At $1k, it think the maintenance drawbacks of the âEagleâ start to become worthwhile. Iâll eventually get a ânewâ wheel when the build quality meets my expectations for price and value but thatâs probably still few years away but a used suspension wheel would be a significant upgrade. I test rode the V14 a few days ago at Alien Rides storefront⊠which does peak my interest when the prices go sub-$2k for a good used unit. AR people are incredibly kind and generous every time I visit, even though they know Iâm not going to be buying a new wheel anytime soon. Iâm just cheap AF when it comes to new products that arenât designed to last at least 10 years or more. I do think the E20 is a great starter wheel at sub-$400 and this will help grow the sport, eventually. The E20 might have been a good starter wheel for my partner but we got a v8s for her instead. Sheâs learning slowly at 62 y.o. and thereâs no need to level up before the basics skills are solidly in place. Weâre just going at our own pace and enjoy the process.
I can't trust a man with an Alliance shirt...
They need someone like you to inform them what the American Market needs. It's not always "the latest and greatest, just something that Makes Sense.
I would not say i am the best candidate to do that fully, but from a casual user point of view, i can say the price tag is pretty steep for me. If they lowered the weight ,a nd put all these specs in the lynx form factor, essentially upgrade the lynx by not making it heavier, and keeping it at the same price, then yes, i would def consider upgrading lol
@@WILSONsHobbies Very good point sir. Agree. I still love my Tesla T3. 48 LBS 1500WH, Extreemly Portable, Nimble, lights BT Speakers. $1600 the only thing is missing its suspention. I believe the Falcon is its replacement weighting a few pounds more. Both Same top Speed. The T3 has remained the same price for a very long time. My other wheel is a V12HS (only $100 more), than the T3 that I paid $2300 in its debut. The T3 has been the pound for pound underrated Champ for many many years.
I make my own edible in California (personal use only) and itâs so much better than smoking in every way except for the time delay. Iâm far more paranoid when sober but I do understand the phenomenon, which is why Iâd âhighlyâ recommend micro-dosing psilocybin (<2g) for 30 days prior to smoking cannabis; this helps clear out a lot of the unresolved issues that leads to paranoia in the first place. Nothing heroic, just enough so that youâll barely notice the psychoactive effects. Seems like almost every programmmer in California uses micro-dosing to enhance their workflow, so itâs not any more risky than drinking a cup of decaf tea âïž. Works wonders for depression too. Warm regards. đ
As Flossy Carter would say flagship specs bruh! Pay to play. Take the L! đŒâïž
flagship , maybe, can only wait and see on video or tested in person :p
Are all those reasons, actually reasons to get the sherman L? Cost: veteran is giving 50% more capacity at essentially the cost of the cells. The sherman L will be close to $1 per wh. How does the lynx or patton look? And those accessories; light, pedals, pads - aren't they also costs if you had bought a patton or lynx? Actually, pads and pedals should be reusable from the lynx.. certainly the fast charger will be, which implies savings Range: likely that most on the lynx go on most rides w/o a charger, so agreed that the range isn't critical. However the addl batteries will eliminate range anxiety, provide more usable mid/high speed range, and help with stability at high speed. It'll also let you hooligan like a maniac, and help offset long term cell degradation. Weight: the ~15 lb difference to the lynx becomes less of the overall % when adding the weight of pads, seat, and bumpers. It remains to be seen how the addl weight will hinder low speed maneuvering or offroading, but you are getting the capacity at $ and weight cost. Agreed that those with a sherman S or newer don't need to upgrade, and slightly disappointed that the battery box's weren't dropped any lower (top heaviness), but the specs, improved build, maintainability like the lynx, and hopefully improved torque/acceleration assist, should all make this a landmark wheel that will retain its value in the coming years, and make it a dream wheel for those on non-suspension wheels that might remember the reputation of the og sherman.
Thank you for your comment, I probably didnt make it clear in the video narrative that the opinions are just considerations a rider can think about before pressing that preorder buttong right away for this wheel. Having dialogue of this is great as we have conversations all over hyping the machine but rarely, ones that make you think "hey, lets think about this here for a minute before i press that pre order button " lol
These EUC companies will eventually shoot themselves in the foot with all these $4000 price points. The Target market is very small. There isn't even Half million (500K) EUC riders in the world and that number may be more than double/triple the amount and they keep releasing these $4000 wheels. At this point they basically hoping that the riders are greedy and horde things, because it is the same few people who will buy. And most often a person who spent $4,000 at the beginning of the year or last year isn't about to do it again this year A best selling EUC has only sold 10,000 units...that is nothing in the grand scheme of things. The reason prices is so high is because they DO NOT sell many units. When companies start moving many units sold it become less about MAX Profit per Unit and more about Quantities sold. Reason Inmotion prices keep dropping is because they sell many units...can even buy Inmotion on Amazon, Walmart and NewEgg websites
they get away with it, because we buy it and continue to do so. EUC riders (including myself) get thirsty when a new wheel comes out and the companies know we get excited, they are good at marketing than we may think, and they dont really have to do much, we do it all for them for the most part with these discussions, feedback and videos lol
Good video, thank you. Always interesting. Do experienced skillful riders (Disclaimer: I am not yet one) not get foot pain on long rides? The projected Sherman L range of 80 to 100 miles seems to me to be a heck of a long distance and time to be continuously standing up in one position, pushing against the wind.
Seated riding helps a lot, effectively doubles your range. I have a commander pro 50s, it is a lot stable to ride than my lynx, but no problem seeating on both of them. I seat during boring parts of the ride such a long straight roads (it's during those parts that my foot gets fatigque because im just not moving much) or roads that I already know.
Thank you harold for checking this out! To answer your question, ive been doing longer rides lately, (as seen in my recent videos) and my feet did hurt and cramp up. The next day, the calves will be tight. Yes it is a long ride, but you can stop here and there if you wanted to to ease up your foot pain. I also hear sitting is great at helping with that. I dont sit much on my rides on main roads though, just on side roads for now, so i cant answer that fully .
@@WILSONsHobbies Thank you for responding, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Hughdelanol both. You all help me learn.
Legalization is a great thing, it always should of been like buying alcohol imo.
Well man, i remember back in the day (lol), when walking into a head shop (pipes, specialized smoking accessories) , just mentioning weed got you kicked out hahah
