@@Danymo_x0 I personally don’t see the benefits of Overtex in the deck, it’s a good card, and can go in, but I think it’s a waste. And Thunder Dragon Colossus is a £6 card which would require additional engine cards to summon, which takes it out of the conversation for the budget deck for me. There is definitely a version of dinos that can use TDC, but you need a few other cards as well so I didn’t consider it for this more budget build. I will be looking at a Colossus build in future, providing they don’t see fit to ban it again when the next list comes out.

Shrouded fable has terrible pull rates

@@robreeto my luck was only slightly below average I think, but I think the pull rates have been steadily getting worse each set, and these mini-sets being so small, they’re not willing to put too much in or people will complete the set and move on.

@@justme8784 I can’t deny, it’s tough to earn subs, there’s so many great content creators out there that it’s very easy to be overlooked. I’m happy with my progress, but 1000 is so far away. The way I look at it though, I’d be buying these cards anyway, why not share them with the world? You don’t have to buy and open 6 booster boxes in one video. Just record any cards you open and let your personality earn the subs. Let me know if you start out, I’d love to support other small TCG channels. Thank you for your support.

The story here is that my friend used to play zombie world many many years ago (he got the structure deck) and he used to win a decent amount back then, so i wanted to build it because it was really cool and the cards look amazing. Sometimes Yu-Gi-Oh is about building decks you love, perhaps on a budget, and that’s fine. Thank you so much for your comment.

Imo any way you play Yu-Gi-Oh is a good way! It's all about having fun. I run Skull Servants. Not because they are good but because it was my favorite old school card so when they released new support I was all over making a deck list and not it's a meta rogue deck with zombie support and so much draw power I go through about 40 cards in a single turn assuming no hand traps and what not.

@@Healedsqeesh I’ve been really tempted by Skull Servant a number of times myself. I’ll definitely be looking into it one day. But yeah, every way to play is viable to me. Whatever you want to play, play it.

I thought I was the only one playing Void Apocalypse, yeah it's such banger. If you play with Bystials, have you tried adding shining star dragon ? Magnamhut searches it which makes it really cool to have 1 copy of in your deck. It turns Scarred into a hand trap-esque enemy board wipe alongside whatever you can cook with Crimson Dragon.

@@franciscogutierrez1082 it’s not that I don’t like to play it, but I don’t have one and it’s too expensive a card right now. I’ve promised myself that if King Calamity doesn’t get banned on the next list, I’m picking one up immediately, to use in this and my blackwing deck.

I would like to point in that it is not easy to summon CD as you are going to be Dark Dragon locked 99.9% of the time and unless you are playing a centurion version that can increase the ceiling and end board, it's not worth it.

@@anthonyvenedicto518 i would have been swapping to Centurion if I got Crimson Dragon for sure. Realistically, I imagine it’ll be on the banlist but stranger things have happened. The branded package works well enough for summoning it though, so I’m not too fussed.

@@BuxtonneTCG Fr. I don't think CD will get banned if Konami has the brains to get rid of HRDAKC. So if that is the case, we can still use CD to Turbo out other great Synchro Monsters.

@@anthonyvenedicto518 there’s nothing wrong with Crimson Dragon as a card, you still need to be able to summon that and another synchro, I think it’s perfectly fine. Unless it can be used to set up some horrible FTK in the future, it shouldn’t get banned. Calamity is the problem.

@@95GREENBIRD thank you so much for the kind words, yeah you absolutely can run more hand traps than actual engine, but it’s not the right feel for the deck. RDA is a beat down deck at its heart, and while two dozen hand traps is probably more competitive, I like this more. When Calamity gets banned, more hand traps and board breakers will probably go in.

Gozuki and Mezuki are must haves in the deck for sure, you can find the full deck profile on my channel from a couple of weeks ago. I’m looking into how I can change this from the pure zombie world into other engines, including using ghost fusion, but I don’t have those cards yet. Thank you for watching.

@@BuxtonneTCG Lucky for you those cards are cheap. The only other ones I have not tried are Mayakashi Synchros. I don’t like being locked into Mayakashi. The engine I really want to try with Zombie World is Horus. Too expensive for me right now.

@@Agnacsu I was looking at a punk engine too, which also isn’t too expensive thankfully, and can be splashed around a little.

@@BuxtonneTCG I went back and looked at the deck profile. I think I will get a play set of Vampire Fraulein. You could also play Gold Sarcophagus, Multi-Universe and a 2nd Avendread Savior.

@@Agnacsu Vampire Fraulein may not be the best card, but it’s certainly helped me out in my games. It’s droppable for other engines, but in a ‘pure’ deck, I like it.

I’m still trying both of them out at the moment, I feel like absolute zero is good to get negates during a graveyard heavy period of the game, but it is a heavy cost to do so. And like you say, that cost means you’ve already set up to a winning situation most likely. They might not stay in the deck, ZW’s potential extra deck could contain 20 cards and you’d still want more room for others. What do you think is a better option?

@@BuxtonneTCG "Sword Soul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying", it's a great lv 10 for mad mauler into Dragon Lord, & if you only have lord you can mauler at end phase to place Doomking & then go into it. Basically it provides aggression detterant, let's you control field & GY & can be proc'd off of Doom king generating a ramp of resource removal It's a great deterrent,

My goal is to show decks I like playing, regardless of if they are ‘meta’ or even rogue. This deck is fun to play, fairly cheap, and can benefit from a number of different engines which I plan to show off in the future. I’ve used it a decent amount, and while it will never win me any competitions, I don’t actually care about that. How about instead of putting people down, we create discussion of other ideas. Perhaps pure Zombie like this isn’t your thing, and you would prefer to throw in Eldlich, or P.U.N.K or whatever other engine you like. Or a completely different build. That’s fine. Unlike top tier Yugioh, when you’re here to have fun, there’s no single right way to play the game, and there’s thousands of combinations to be played. It’s got its flaws, but in friendly duels, it’s a fun deck. It does rely on uni-zombie too much though. Would love some new support to improve its consistency.

Absolutely worth looking at as a side deck option. Like you say, being able to search it is very useful.

@@BuxtonneTCG yeah, and maybe dumb thing but it's not a ones per turn, I trick a friend to me using his negates, his last one on Security to recover it with Gaia and destroying his field spell + 3 backrows

Depends what you have, but there’s a decent app from dragon shield which you can check rough prices depending on what rarities you have.

Thank you, I realised when I started collecting Espeon cards (my favourite pokemon of all time) that I enjoyed little collections like this more than trying to get full sets. It’s a fun way to do the hobby in my opinion.

Probably, Punk tends to improve lots of decks, but I don’t have the punk cards so I play pure.

Dunno about that. The PUNK lines with Zombies utilizing Ghost Fusion is telegraphed (9 times out of 10 you are going through Immortal Dragon and same ish plays) It's better in some ways and I like Undead PUNKs buts its not 250 % better.

I’ve looked into the centurion engine a little bit with RDA, and I admit, I’m intrigued, I’m just missing the entire engine and crimson dragon unfortunately. I’ll still take a good look through all of this, because I’m always looking to improve, and I’ll definitely be posting more RDA profiles in the future especially with new support and as I get better. I like this list, but personally, I would prefer playing the pure version bc Bystials and Centurions aren't the best extenders. Yes they do allow you to establish huge boards with major negates and a higher chance at OTK, but at the cost of adding several bricks that cannot extend if you get Hand trapped. Plus the focus of this Deck really isn't about Calamity locking, it's usually about the 1 card starters and breaking boards while OTK'ing quickly. Not trying to be a hater, this is just my personal viewpt on these 2 engines in RDA

@@anthonyvenedicto518 everyone’s entitled to their opinion, you’re cool, never thought you were being a hater at all. You argued your point well, my viewpoint is is that Calamity is one of the most broken effects, and if you get chance to summon it from putting 6 cards in the deck plus Calamity in the extra, then I’d take it and run with it. However, I fully expect Calamity to be banned in the next list, which means we’ve got about a month of this profile before I switch to a more board breaker pure resonator/fiend list, with added crossout protection from hand traps. I see deck profiles as ideas. I’ve watched a number of profiles, and settled on something I like by combining multiple of them. This is me giving the bystial option a voice to those who want to know what to do with the last few slots of their deck.

​@@BuxtonneTCGVoid Ogre isn't great either. You want to play the deck with a lot of hand traps, and that conflicts with Void Ogre. If you really need a level 8 dark dragon, Dark End Dragon is an option

It is however, far more expensive for a card which is unlikely to be used all that much, and I do want my decks to be fairly budget friendly both for me and my viewers. It might be a card I buy in the future, and any future RDA profiles I’ll mention it as an option over the Void Ogre that I’ve bought now. ​@Harmonic14 FR, I'm looking into grabbing a DED for my RDA deck. I do agree with your view on VOD. There are just so many resources and hand traps that this Deck relies on, and at that pt, VOD becomes a useless beatstick.
