Such a banger! Can't believe they're getting rid of this to reinstitute their old theme from the 80s (a pefectly good piece of music but just not remotely era appropriate). This theme slaps and is far better suited to the times

This is the video that I have been dying to seen, sorry to hear this all go down - its an utter shame that for such a market (ie. One of the best news themes of all time. Whenever I hear it I recall traveling in exotic places on the far side of the world.

Channel 5 should adopt this theme. There current news theme lacks a strong melody and considering both Channel 5 and Network 10 are owned by Paramount there shouldn’t be anything stopping Channel 5 from using this.
