@@juliejaramillo7247 it’s totally okay to workout after dinner if that works for your routine 😊 Just make sure you don’t have any caffeine because that will disrupt your sleep. Having a protein shake or a small protein meal afterwards is great because it will nourish your body after your workout 🫶🏼

@@AbiRoman me too, I just wash my hair once a week. I can’t have to much protein, because of kidney stones! 🙄 I do eat meat, but I have to watch other forms of protein as well. The bra is high support even though it’s a cross over style bra with the V. I feel very good in it to skip rope, jump etc because it has a little compression💪🏼
