Lovely kit. Just a small tip, albeit unsolicited, you were kind of manipulating the pen off the camera and we couldn't really see what you were doing. Granted you showed us the pen, but I found myself wanting to see what you were doing with it off camera.

Quality thread is a must. I bought a cheap kit from aliexpress and the thread is so poor even stitching this way is difficult,tangles,snares,odd little knots on the thread from stitching this way.

Tried the email. It doesn't work. You get a file that doesn't show your progress. I'm not a regular user of Google Drive. You need to tell us how you got to the screen on your device on the right. Where did you get that? If it's pattern keeper, how can your imprted chart show up. It's not downloaded from Google drive yet.

Good to see you 🤗 Thanks for taking the time to share your projects! '...not cross stitch, just normal people...' was funny 😁 In Germany fewer people cross stich than in the US. So, I sometimes feel like one of the not normal people with an unusual hobby 😂 I seal my square diamond paintings with clear acrylic paint. They still sparkle and can be dusted. And the dust cannot get to the glue in the small cracks in between the diamonds.

It hurts to watch the way you discard your Dimensions starts. I mean, it’s Dimensions! Someone’s trash is the other’s treasure. You could offer it to someone who could lovingly get your starts finished…or reuse the floss and fabric. Someone like me who would cover the shipping costs. Or you could donate them to Goodwill where someone (again, like me) would buy them for their crafting needs. What a waste, jeez😢

*warning... questions... 😁* I've never done a DP and never seen the process live like this before and I have so many questions (sorry ❤). When you say "this is a round" does that refer to the shape of the diamonds or the shape of the whole piece? If you place a diamond a little crooked, does it then throw off the other rows (like when you're 1 thread off in CSing)? Do all DP have a colored background or are there blank canvases that you have to count like blank linen and counted cross stitch? Round vs square diamonds- is it personal preference or do they play certain roles in the design? How do you store DP WIPs and finishes/do you have to keep them flat? I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I loved seeing how DP is done. So excited for your CS WIP and chat.
