I would like to add a thing about Killua. Killua's abilities aren't just coming from his families abuse. His most iconic ability also shows how Gon rubbed of on him. I mean Killua's family all use electricity seperate from their body while Killua's ability IS AN ENHANCEMENT JUST LIKE GON. So Killua's own ability kinda represent both his family's abuse and his friendship with Gon.

So write marineford, and give it better animation? If you’re giving writing advice and your primary critique is how the anime paced itself and the animation on display I think that’s a bit unfair. Again and to be fair you did clarify that this is mostly cause of the time but tybw and shibiya came out recently, marineford was almost 15 years ago now.

Is it just me or the devils from CSM is kinda a peek power system? It has some realism mixed into it, being based on how much humanity fears things. Plus, everything happens so suddenly, with little to no “aura” visual effect. It’s just so surreal and cosmic. At this point, idek if CSM itself should fit in the same category as the series you mentioned

I’m gonna be honest if I were to review an arc I would not base it on it’s Anime but more so on it’s Manga. The Mangaka doesn’t hold much influence on how the anime adaption turns out to be. So criticising the pacing of Shows like Naruto and One Piece from nearly 10 years ago , in comparison to newer stuff like the tybw and the shibuya incident arc is certainly unfair in that regard. Neither Kishimoto nor Oda asked for the fillers Studio Pierrot and Toei included in their anime adaptation.

One time when I was a kid, I wrote a book with a kinda interesting power system. In this world, there are gods, and they created and affect the world, similar to Greek gods and stuff. When a god creates/reproduces a person, they are called a "Pure Elemental". These people were usually CRAZY strong, had powers related to the god's domain, and treated as royalty. When a pure elemental has a kid, they can pass on their powers to the kid, but only after dying. Like, if a P.E can manipulate lightning, after they die, their kid can manipulate lightning. But in the world, there are only 5 Pure Elemental bloodlines. There are also "Blessings." Blessings exist when a god chooses a child to bear a heavy fate, and the kid gets a power that will help them in completing what the god wants them to do. A pair of twins in the story that are blessings can travel via shadows and dark places, and their fate is that they will betray and befriend, connect, be transport, be messengers, keep everything interconnected, to implode a system, to rewire the way of the story. In a nutshell, they're there to screw things up, even if unintentional.

People gotta understand that Naruto ending or like the backstab from Black Zazu was kind of starting set up of Boruto like if Naruto didn’t have a continuation I could see how that be bad but because it does it, it works out completely fine as it essentially foreshadow it for what is next to

Narutos War had very few action point and a lot of pointless bs that made people not like it
