Hi guys !!!! I’m back again with another tutorial for you !!!! Th is video was highly requested and I know it took forever but it’s finally here !!! Please don’t forget to like share and subscribe to get more amazing contents like this !!!
For this you’d need to
200grms milk powder
4 cups of water
1 1/2 lemon cuts
Please remember you’ll need to redo this 2-3times before consumption to thin out the sour taste from the lemon. Let me know in the comments if this was helpful !!!

Hii, yes it still is , the only thing that makes it Greek yogurt is the straining process , but sweetened or unsweetened it can't change it

Please ma'am, can I use lactorich powdered milk, can I use condensed milk or honey to sweeten my Greek yogurt. Can I keep it in the freezer?
You can use honey to sweeten if you’re avoiding sugar but condensed milk has sugar in it. The lactorich is a good milk too. Don’t freeze your yougurt if you’re doing it for sales o

I have a few questions and I will so glad if you could help answer them How can I preserve the culture made since I will be using it to make another yogurt in large quantities? Is it kept in the fridge or freezer or can it be kept in a dark place? How can one preserve each batch of yogurt made and for how long? How do I add flavours like strawberry and chocolate? Hello..i have a question did you leave the microwave on?..dont get that part and for we that dont have microwave how do we make ours thanks
No you don’t turn on the oven o. You just leave it offed if you don’t have an oven then a baco bag or any big nylon would do !! Wrap the mixture in towels then tie in a plastic bag or or stor in a big cooler. The whole point is to keep it warm through out the incubation time

Any unsweetened Greek yogurt would serve just make sure it’s unsweetened
Please, what's the remedy to milk that didn't form after over 10 hours?
You probably did not get the correct measurement so your milk was greater than your culture or The milk was too hot it killed the bacteria in the culture or The milk was too cold for an incubation Regardless of which you’d have to make it again
@RachaelOnwuaso Thank you so much for replying! I don't know how else to do this. It's been over 3 days of trying, no positive result. Thrown away 1200G+ of milk, sachets of yogourmet and nothing. It seems the thermometer makes it worse because the milk at 42-48 degrees (C) is already soo warm. So why do people recommend it still? 🤦♀️ It's been so exhausting and heartbreaking.
@numver1 aww I’m really sorry about that, one yogourmet satchet is for 1liter of milk that’s 4cups of milk, you can’t use evaporated milk for this either Discard the thermometer and use your hands for the test If you’re using powdered milk dilute with cold water first then put on fire while storing to hit up rather than adding hot water to the powdered milk Heat the milk till it’s almost boiled or very hot first then take few seconds waiting and dipping your pinky into the milk till you can with hold the heat for 5seconds When incubating if you stay in a cold region or are not using an oven always wrap in towels or thick cloths then tie in a nylon or plastic bag if you have a cooler all the better put it inside the cooler and cover. @ekeneeze3269 honestly any unsweetened Greek yoghurt brand would work, the trick is to get one that’s thick and if possible made from fresh milk (this one only helps with texture) but generally any unsweetened one would work
