I was a Super-Heavyweight Amateur Champion Boxer. And an ABA boxing Finalist

Once released I started my boxing career.

It's well noted the best "self help" medicine you can take for mind issues, is fresh air and long hard walks, especially in the countryside. No matter how crap you may have been feeling , you'll always feel better afterwards. Even if you have to drag yours out for an hour it'll be worth it. Your problem may still be there, but it gives you some clarity. Good luck.
