By far the most underrated game of 2023. Fantastic OST. I love how the Leaflands - Nights is as sweet as Agnea.

The game it’s self is really good I would recommend starting it as Therone then get her ending
Loved this game, just finished it 100% a few days ago. The only thing I would critizise is that it didn't have a difficulty setting. After level 30 all bosses became so easy due to my over optimization of a build, that only grew more and more overpowered as I found more gear and licenses ;o;. but 10/10 nevertheless

Honestly I can't pick one to be my favourite. But I can't belive how this game managed to inprove the overworld themes so much compared to the first game. Don't get me wrong, I like them, but I can not remember a single one from the first game. I'm sure I'll never forget the overworld themes from this game.

As much as i want it to happen, Octopath 2 has been a "flop" in japan for whatever reason ( poor marketing, oversaturated market who has the same graphics etc ... ). Hence, i belive Occtopath 2 is the last one. They'll only keep it as a gacha.
Ouch. Octopaths probably my favorite game series, sad that their probably won't be another one.
It sold poorly ? I thought the game crossed the million copies sold a couple of months after coming out. For a smaller game like that, it's rather a good news, I would believe ?

I love how the land themes reflect their inhabiting characters so well. Toto'haha/Ochette: Adventurous and upbeat Harborlands/Castti: Determined but peaceful Brightlands/Throné: Unexpected but charming Winterlands/Osvald: Sorrowful but hopeful Wildlands/Partitio: Daring and courageous Leaflands/Agnea: Graceful and sweet Crestlands/Temenos: Bold but gentle Hinoeuma/Hikari: Resolute but tranquil I know that Osvald is actually from the Harborlands and Castti was a traveling apothecary, but its just something I wanted to point out

What makes Harbordlands (both day and night) bgm standout is the scale of the music feels epic, like watching a blockbuster on a big screen and also feels like watching a top-tier HBO show.
The throwback to the themes of Flamesgrace in the Flamechurch theme make me so nostalgic... Yasunori Nishiki really is the GOAT
