How did you get the engine out? We have a coleman outfitter 550 and do not know the best way to get the engine out. We have to rebuild the engine.

So, can you use a dc box on a ac system? By using key switch 12 v to power the cdi, then hooking rest wires according. The charging wires, the 3 white from stator should still run to the rectifier and charge the battery,,, correct? Thanks

Did you ever make a video on the oil pump inspection and rebuild? I found a snap ring little smaller than a dime stuck in oil filter and can't seem to figure out where it came from? The machine keeps blowing oil past the oil filter seal so I'm thinking the snap ring belongs somewhere in the oil pump? Maybe in the pressure relief?

So it started and ran while you gave it gas. But then it died, when it was supposed to idle. That is exactly what mine is doing. How did you get it to run correctly?

I have a Mule 3010 that had low compression and I put a rebuilt engine in it. The problem I'm having now is that while both the primary drive clutch and secondary driven clutch spin together with the engine idling in neutral, as soon as you go to put it in any gear the secondary driven clutch completely stops moving and the primary drive clutch keeps turning so the belt makes a very loud squealing noise due to the friction of rubbing against the secondary driven pulley. I put a new secondary driven pulley and belt on it and the problem still exists. I inspected the two gear selector linkages on the transmission and they both operate freely. I even went out to look at a friend's Mule 3010 and took a video of the operation of the two gear selector positions in high gear, neutral, low gear, and reverse to compare and they look to be identical. Does anyone have a clue what would be causing this? The only other thing I can think of is that when I first went to start the engine, the shifter cable bracket was still hanging loose since it is bolted to the engine and I had to move it around a bit to get it in neutral so it would crank. Not certain if this could have caused any issues, but again both of the gear selector levers appear to be operating properly. Transmission fluid is full and clean. Any ideas?

Hey I have a 2003 mule 3010. 4x4. When I shift from reverse to drive or any sometimes its really hard to get it into drive. I adjusted the idle screw ot made it better.. but sometimes it's really hard almost feels like I have put in so much force. Would this be a tranny issue or transition shift cable adjustment?
