This is my diet and like others, I do what I feel is best for me and baby. I never stated that this should be done and followed as every pregnancy is different from another. I never pretended nor encouraged to follow my diet, just sharing how I realistically changed or tweaked my diet with this health condition and even shared if not on this video but maybe on a different vlog that I was prescribed with metformin as a precaution because at first, I was struggling to adjust way before filming this video. Every woman’s body reacts differently to sugar from certain foods. It's not one size fits all and video as such should be taken with a grain of salt. Just being authentic and realistic by showing exactly what I eat and how much sugar level I had on each fasting and meal. 😊

yes I could still eat mostly everything but either in small portions or not as often and/or substitute with something else with less sugar content. it’s like a trial and error too in the beginning

been a while since i filmed this vlog but i think it was the mission’s carb balance tortillas. Better alternative is the zero net carbs from same brand. 😊

I’m glad to hear! I would say don’t completely cut the foods you usually enjoy but healthy portions would help avoiding food deprivation (which i think is unhealthy) especially during pregnancy. Have small portion and check your glucose level 2 hours after to see how it affects you. Wish you best on your pregnancy! 💖

no it didn’t (thank goodness 😮‍💨) but it was found out the string was cut short for unknown reason yet possible.

it could be that your body is adjusting to it and hormones. i had similar experience when i first got inserted. Now on my postpartum with my second kid and stayed on pills instead.

At first, it was sort of hard and i guess because we’re also adjusting being our first year. we didn’t know what to expect really and eventually we got a hang of things and now it’s been well. So far, it has been working for us. So they have live classes where they discuss the topic with the teacher and after that they will work on the assignments assigned for that day. I think this a really good idea to discuss in a video explaining a bit more from your questions. Let me know if you have more questions. 💌

@@KenneMarie thank you! What are the requirements for online public school since you were homeschooling? Do they get test it? Who do you need to contact if you want to start to do online public school?

so i just signed an application after talking with customer service. I did mention to them that i was homeschooling but they didn’t ask proof nor tested my kid. they do get tested on the 2nd week of school year to see where they at and how they progress as they move along with the lessons.

@@MoniLa26 i’m happy to answer any questions as I can. the school recommends a schedule of 8-5pm but typically for us(2nd grade), she has some days that live class starts at 8:30 and some starts 9:30. days vary depending on the # of live class (both required or optional for electives) the school assigned to students. Ex Monday live class 8:30-9:15 ELA, 9:15-10:00 Math with 5-6 Online Schoolwork, Tuesday 9:30-10:15 Social Studies, 1:30-2:00 music with 7-8 online schoolwork. There are days that we run errands so what we do is we let her finish all her live classes in the morning before we go out and make sure to get back before the next one and do all her online assignments as well. It does have some flexibility as long as you get the work done by completing the lessons and attending live classes. In the events, you can’t attend the live classes for emergencies or something unavoidable, you can still credited for attendance as long as you watch the recording within 24hours. it was a little cheaper than what it is now since USCIS increased the fees during pandemic.

I think yung mga namention mo na included ka sa docs are enough. bigay mo lahat ng meron kayo na included ka kahit hindi kasama sa required list ng USCIS. Importante you guys can prove to USCIS na genuine yung relationship by sharing financial responsibilities. and yes writing a letter helps them too understand how you guys set up and why on some documents you are not included but still send them as supporting docs sa mga imention niyo sa letter.

Hello! have you asked him why he’s not able to? If it’s really impossible to call the office to add your name for the documents, another option is he will write a letter addressed to USCIS and explain your situation and what kind of set up you guys have when it comes to sharing financial obligations. That is what I did when we received an RFE together with possible form of proofs like screenshots or photocopies of something you guys share similar to what I showed on the video. I am not an expert and this is just base on my experience and how I would do it if I were in your case.

It does take time but I think you can still check or track your case online on their website using your receipt/case # which is always on your mail/ notice letters

If you guys have it then I think you should include it but if not or similar kayo ng living situation samin then just mention it to your letter. I hope this helps ☺️

Sorry but my knowledge about this process is very limited and based only on my experience which I mentioned on this video. As I tried looking it up, google result is: Medical Coverage means healthcare insurance, benefits and/or coverage that either directly pays the cost of medical care or provides reimbursement therefor, and includes, but is not limited to, doctor or other provider services, tests, equipment, prescriptions and anything else generally considered to be related to ... You will have to make your own research suited to your case. Sorry, i’m not much of a help on this one.

I believe it has to be couple hours after and that’s what my OB GYN & Diabetes Nurse told me. I hope this helps 😉

I absolutely AGREE! Not because a friend or family had good experience using it doesn’t mean same experience for everybody else. This type of BC implants are dangerous especially without full understanding how it will react inside our bodies. Praying for your successful procedure! 💕
