Just minutes ago you lost the AFC Championship game that you would've and should've won if not for a dropped td followed by a missed field goal in the closing seconds. Everyone is either mad or sad as hell and the kicker was dealing with all that guilt. Ray wasn't mad or pouting to himself quietly in his locker he was busy rounding the team up and said all the perfect things that needed to be said to take away deep emotional pain for 60 or so men!
