While I doubt Tri is an echo of the triforce itself, I do find Tri being connected to the triforce and the stange rifts being caused by the destruction or harming of the triforce plausable.

the 4! triangles behind the fairy, don't actually disappear Thay just move above the echoes! The triangles are basically a “magic meter” . 4 triangles, so 4 echoes at one time! when we 1st see the fairy we only see 3 triangles and then later 4 indicating over the adventure of the game you can increase the # of triangles / echoes you can have! just like you can with hearts! So you could all so say the fairy is not creating matter out of nothing, but rather it is transforming part of its self in to things! And yes some echoes take more then one triangle to make!

Good theory. You'll notice that Tri will occasionally have four triangles behind "her" but they will vanish when Zelda creates something like a table, or 2 triangles when creating a Moblin... possibly to limit so you don't spam building tables into the sky, haha! You'll also notice in the item menu, it shows how many triangles it uses to create a specific item. Perhaps, there are dungeons, and they are able to upgrade the amount of items you can spawn. Super excited to try this game out!

I love how fast Zelda nerds clocked the ALTTP map. Like, how the fuck could we not lmao. Its iconic! And it looks like theyre expanding the general map size and adding more detail. The only weird detail is Link appears to have the Lokomo sword.

How is this anything like Animal Crossing? Because you can summon furniture? It's a puzzle solving mechanic, not a home building simulator.

I honestly think it makes sense for Zelda to not really depend on a sword, or even have a sword at all. She is the holder of Triforce of Wisdom, after all. Just giving Zelda a sword would have been a lame way to go when finally making her the protagonist. There needed to be a interesting and fun twist. She might still have more regular weapons, what we saw was just a glimpse. I for one, am REALLY HYPED about this one. :D

Some guy’s currently working on a NES Zelda remake called Era of Decline. You can also search Zelda NES remake into CZcams to find it. Although, it’s far more of a reimagining than a one to one recreation. It definitely looks cool, and I think there’s a demo out. There’s also a ROM hack for the original called Legend of Zelda Redux that’s basically the definitive version of the game since it rebalances certain features, makes bombable walls.flammable shrubs more obvious, and some other things. If we were to get a Spirit Track remaster I’d also want them to throw in Phantom Hourglass (first game in the series. It also has my favorite villain Bellum since he’s not really intelligent. It’s more of the embodiment of greed/hunger. They NEED more original villains than just bringing back Ganon all the time). I really wish they did more with that part of the timeline. Some guy ported the CDI Zeldas into a different engine and from what I’ve heard they’re actually decent thanks to quality of life improvements. It would be funny if someone did the same for Hotel Mario😂 I also wish we’d get remakes of Link to the Past, Minish Cap, and the Oracle games.

This looks good and ill probably play it like every other Zelda game but i was really hope for and oracle of seasons remake.

The color of the trident and rift make me think we could see the return of Vaati, but the void having chunks of land floating in space reminds me of the Twilight Realm. I hope this game will tie into Link Between Worlds / LttP in some way

I think you're possibly onto something!! The Japanese subtitle is Chie no Karimono (literally "wisdom's borrowed object") which has multiple interpretations, which include, from most literal to most figurative, "things borrowed by wisdom," "wise borrowed things," "borrowed wisdom," "temporary/fictitious things made with/by wisdom"-there are certainly more ways to interpret it as well. The most literal interpretation could refer to Zelda's (i.e., the player's) wisdom being used to choose specific items for specific problems, while the most figurative interpretations could refer to the borrowing of the power of wisdom, e.g., borrowing the triforce of wisdom by Zelda, perhaps from Tri or by Tri itself from the original triforce. I think the name Tri could also refer to the fact that it's one third of the total triforce, and in Japanese its name is Torii/Torey/Tolley (トリィ) and "tori" can mean "to take" or "taken" which could refer to the way that Tri has "taken" the triforce or perhaps recreated it as you suggest. The "kari" in "karimono" (literally "borrowed thing"-in English karimono is replaced by "echo") can also mean "temporary", "theoretical", "made up" which likely relates to the English translation to "echo" which has an air of impermanence and illusion.

i think i could definitely return to botw for a "nostalgia" playthrough but it definitly wont be as long as the first time i played. i probably wouldn't explore it like i did and just head straight to the divine beasts.

Tears of the kingdom and Breath of the Wild feel so different to play. I can't get into tears the same I did breath

I’m one of the few people who thinks that Breath of the Wild is a better game than Tears of the Kingdom. It really boils down to one thing: Exploration. In Tears of the Kingdom, exploration is all about the cool stuff you can find. Tears is so full of stuff that there’s pretty much always something right in front of you to do. Breath of the Wild has a packed over world as well but by comparison, it’s honestly kinda empty. But that’s a good thing. Botw puts a lot more emphasis on the journey than Tears. In Botw I took my time getting places, and would just take a stroll through the fields and forests of Hyrule. In Tears I’m always sprinting or more accurately driving some sort of contraption towards the next spot on my map. I’d still stop and do every cave I saw, every korok I noticed, and every shrine that I came across, but it’s just not the same. It’s no coincidence that my favorite song is Field-Day from Breath of the Wild. Just hearing that song makes me tear up a bit thinking about all the time I spent running through Central Hyrule collecting korok seeds and just taking a walk to observe the wildlife. I know that not everyone is going to find that enjoyable, and so I completely understand if they prefer Tears of the Kingdom, but I’ll always prefer Breath of the Wild.

With Majora's Mask being in the timeline where Link is successful; there is the idea of the Skull Kid and eternal cycles/escape through time travel as the dark side (manifestation of Link's pride). With Link's Awakening, the world itself is the same nightmare but in sheep's clothing - the world/Koholint Island seems peaceful - but is still ruled by the curse of Ganon. While Termina was overtly grief; Koholint is covertly. Marin (and to a limited extent Koholint) is the complement for Link's grief; that he doesn't have to be self-defeatist that he lost the war against Ganon. Yet Marin is Zelda, because she understands the darkness hiding within Koholint. For Majora's Mask however, the Skull Kid appeared to humble Link; to not underestimate Ganon's power just because Link had won.

I think there are some misunderstandings here. Demise's spirit doesn't exist after SS due to decaying into nothingness with Impa making it her duty to watch over the sword to ensure that the demon king doesn't rise again. There is no sentient hatred, curse or spirit guiding any of the villains. They are not evil or exist because of the curse they are part of the curse because they exist and are evil. Demise said that he wouldn't be the last demon king, the last pure embodiment/manifestation/incarnation of the hatred of Saṃsāra, he said he would have successors, successors that can either be embodiments or pure embodiments of the hatred of demons. The curse of the demon tribe as it's called in Japanese is a description of the the hatred of the demon tribe/the hatred of Saṃsāra/hatred towards the gods. Demise described the state of the demon tribe and the inevitable cycle that permeates the world in Japanese, a cycle that has existed since the dawn of time long before the events of SS's backstory, it's not a magical curse cast upon Demise's defeat. Demise also described a concept that is intrinsic to the universe: Evil will always return as long as light exists no matter how many times the light overcomes it for where there is light there will also be jealousy and where there is jealousy there is also lust/hunger which leads to negative feelings. Anyone can become a god or a demon depending on the strength of wither their positive or negative feelings, desires and thoughts. Both good and bad karma influences one's Saṃsāra, greed, hate and delusions perpetuates it. Everyone is subject to Saṃsāra so there is no point in running away from it because it will be the same for everyone no matter what happens, history repeats itself. The the balance that is intrinsic to the spirit of the hero that Link was created by Link’s actions in Skyward sword and his actions resulted in the spirit inevitably showing up again and again to face a powerful evil, Hylia's and her mortal reincarnation's actions resulted in the bloodline of the goddess/Royal family of Hyrule with Hylia's descendants showing up again with some of them playing important roles in the battle against evil like she did. The curse of the demon tribe is part of the evil will always exist/evil is here to stay trope which has appeared in other parts of Eastern media like Pokémon mystery dungeon or Dragon quest 11 for example. An embodiment of the hatred of Saṃsāra is delusional/ignorant, greedy and hateful and is thus eternally attached to Saṃsāra. Someone's characteristics may be manifested/incarnated/embodied in someone else even if the soul is gone. Incarnation/manifestation/embodiment is not the same as reincarnation. Ganondorf's character is a bit different from the one/person/avatar of demise's as unlike his predecessor who showed respect towards Link for defeating and surprising him Ganondorf refuses to accept defeat and tries to drag everyone down with him or go back on his words, cheat or steal to get the last laugh, he is more manipulative and arrogant. He has likely gotten some traits just from being an incarnation of Demise's characteristics, something he shares with Malladus (who is another Demon king that existed long before TWW) but he is a different soul. The Buddha in Buddhism doesn't reincarnate but sometimes incarnates. QuestwithAaron has some videos about the Japanese text that can explain the rest.

My theory is that Raur's Kingdom was not the first one, that is to say, not right after the events of Skyward Sword... when he was around the divine beasts already existed, implied by the helmets of the sages and you can see Vah Rudania's head at the Fire Temple too, so that means it's way after the events of Ocarina of Time

The same way Link and Zelda still exist, Ganondorf is reincarnated after he is inevitably killed in the child timeline at the end of TP, reincarnating into the incarnation in 4 Swords Adventure. This new Ganondorf is then killed in that game and is reincarnated again at some undisclosed time before TOTK, is sealed under Hyrule Castle and is responsible for the several calamities leading up to his eventual defeat once again. When the incarnation of Demise's hatred is absent he is then reborn, the same way the blood of the goddess/spirit of the hero are revived in brand new incarnations. There's a reason why there was never another Gerudo King whilst TOTK Ganondorf was sealed under the castle, he was still alive. The same reason why we didn't see the birth of a new Ganondorf until the original was killed at the end of TP/WW depending on the timeline before they converged again. (I personally believe the time that Zelda was sent back to was way after the events of OOT/Timeline split. It can't take place before SS for obvious reasons, and thanks to the lack of the Master Sword and Triforce I can't see Rauru and Sonia's Hyrule being the Hyrule SS Zelda eventually founds. Marin is a manifestation of what Link wants as his potential wife. If she has traits of Zelda, an Island girl as opposed to a princess and a redhead instead of a blonde. This is the Link from A Link to the Past. looking at the many versions of Link, Link might have a thing for redheads. The original Zelda is a redhead. It seems very likely the Link from Ocarina of Time ended up with Malon and he clearly is attracted to Cremia, the Termina version of teenage Malon. Midna is a redhead. Mipha is a red skinned Zora. Ocarina of Time Link also seems to be attracted to Nabaroo, also a redhead.
