I couldn't watch too much of that Christine, it jumps around a lot, jittery like, gives me a headache. You need a gimble for that kind of photography.
Don't blame me its the rotten bumpy pavements. I try to go slow to ease it up but its not easy. What's a gimble?
Thanks Susan. Found out what a Gimble is and have ordered one. Hope it improves my Skooter filming.
Nice video chap
How wonderful! Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I started playing these new (to me), four new games on TLC and believe me they are very hard but excellent. Thanks to all for good gameplay on CZcams I am slowly being able to tackle them - mostly finding the good routes to take. So far, I think Sniper Elite V2 is a great game and most certainly value for money because you can always go back to it to improve your game, aim and scores.
DLC Digital Download Content. I have Sniper Elite 3 4 and 5 for PS4 Lady Christine. They are great games.
Is DLC available on 3 4 and 5?
@@chrspeters Yes Christine. Also SE 5 is a cross over game so Computer players can play X-Box and Playstation players. Great games Lady.
I only play on my PC.
@@chrspeters That's great. If you ever get SE 5 you can mutiplay on campaign co-op. It's fantastic.
Just got 4 from Steam. Not happy I haven't got hard copy for my collection but I guess it's the sign of the times. Not played it yet just set up my Options. Right now busy with my new found TLC games on V2. Noticed though TLC on 4, Need to look into that later. 5 will have to wait right now but I will get it as I just love Sniper Elite.
i hope your getting on ok, xxx
Thanks I'm doing fine and keeping busy.
if you'd like some help with sniper elite 4 running on pc, please respond and ill try to get into contact to help you :) from a 23 year old IT also self taught IT lover
Thanks I will. Been watching lots of gameplay and advice on 4 and 5 on CZcams.
so pretty, i was born 2 years later
subscribed to you waiting for more videos.
cool
STEAM grandma
What a sweet lady. Dont ever go changing
Thank you for the sound advice! I see you all wrapped up in your lovely jumper and hat. I do hope you aren’t sitting there cold. If you are, I would love to donate a little to help you out if possible. Really appreciate the videos! Like you say, when people jump straight to commands and messing with registry and crazy things it seems they’re over complicating it.
Thanks Bejamin but I am doing okay. Like my computer problems I am doing the same with all else. I I wear several layers of clothing and I got my hat! I am mostly warm and comfy. Not long and it will soon be Spring. Yes so often most problems are solved with the easy things. Thanks for your reply.
This Is A A.I Generated Video
What does that mean in English?
He's just proving he's an idiot Christine.:)
@@chrspeters That comment was most likely a joke (and hardly a funny one), but the meaning in English is something like: "This video was not recorded by a human, but created by an artificial intelligence program that have been trained by a lot of existing original video content to output similar looking video content". Such "artificial intelligence" programs are on the rise during last few years, and since aspects of their inner workings are complex, there are ongoing arguments about them being useful, harmful, wasteful etc.
an*
Wow solid advice! Just to add, every game I have from steam, including those I "share with family" from my cousin, I can just go to games directory and click games exe, and it starts the game just fine. Minus steam " they need their game back" so free game if your friend paid for it. Just copy game directory to tour own pc and there's a good chance it will work as non steam game.
Playin the fukin game on the piece of sh1te then the fukin bother to mess it all up with the bloody game then this pile of shit3 saying whatever then he says and who cares. Fuk that asshole.
I love Sniper Elite V2 as well :)
I agree. V2 is far better than 1 or even 3. Yet to try 4 and 5 from Steam from good advice given here.
Do you have grandchildren? If so, you're the coolest grandma ever. I remember trying to teach my grandmother to use a computer in the early to mid 2000s. Never even managed to get her to figure it out - let alone being able to troubleshoot a problem. (With that said, my grandmother was a lovely intelligent women... she just couldn't do modern technology)
Yes I do but I never get to see them. Same with my own grown up three kids. It's a good job I keep myself busy with hobbies and interests. I love tech and problem solving and got into computers when they first come. In my Sheltered Home many come to me with TV problems and do it for free. Saves them calling out some expensive guy. Thanks for your comment.
The forced updates is why i switched to linux for the most part, that and the constant blue screens. Great video :)
Thanks for your reply. I tried Linux during the 90's but just could not get on with. Windows 98 was a lot easier to control.
@@chrspetersit has gone a long way since then !
Thank you for this amazing advice.
So glad it helped you.
👏👏👏
Thanks whatever that means!
basicly every IT guy ever "shut it off and turn it back on again" and it magicaly works amazing 😂
Its true even with TV's and Top Boxes like Sky and BT. It's always my first point of call. Kicking it is my last!
Great advice, thanks gram grams!
Yes it work and without all that messing about. Glad it helped you.
This is so cool. My grandma can't even work her TV lol.
Thanks. I love computers, technology and now making videos for CZcams. I mostly play shoot-em-up games, preferably WW2 like Call of Duty etc., but mosly love sniper games. I think all this keeps my brain very active. I find most TV boring.
@@chrspeters It's amazing honestly. We can only hope you're on our team. Keep doing what you love Christine! You're great!
I don't play on-line but I chase the scoreboard.
@@chrspeters Amen brother!
Gamer granny, right on. I'm a little confused about what version of Windows you're on or why uninstalling then reinstalling Steam fixes conneitivity issues. Good for you though.
Windows 10 on both my pc and laptop. Maybe just getting the latest version which my update now likes.
@@chrspeters IIRC you had mentioned playing Sniper Elite. I just checked, Sniper Elite (1)-5 are available on Steam. I don't know if there's any more in the series but you'll be able to finish the last two in the series, on Steam. Hope you enjoy~
Thanks. I will check that out.
Thanks again. Yes I can get 4 and 5 on Steam. Never thought of looking there as I usually shop on Amazon. Will definitely order them.
I will also check later pc games of Far Cry another of my favourites.
I got steam on Windows
I had steam coming out of my ears when I couldn't play!

Such a sad story Christine and so common to hear unfortunately, look after your spiritual health Christine x
Thanks for your reply Susan to my post 'Care in the Community Family'. Many times when I post up some comment it later gets highlighted with news events. I refer to the sad case of the sixty year old dad who suffered a heart attack and his young toddler child died of hunger etc., beside him. As I commented at my post 'Most people blame Government bodies but it is mostly down to neglecting families': I mean where was the Mother, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, other grown up children - and at a time to phone and say 'Happy New Year'? My three children all living within five miles have never been around to help me unless I pay them and at a high price. Otherwise they don't visit, phone, text or answer mine - not my birthday, Christmas or even when I am in hospital. I could drop dead today and they would not care or even know. This is happening all over with young families today and it has only come to light because a poor young toddler starved to death through simply not 'caring'. I blame the Family and nobody else!
Keep well and warm my Lady. Take care.
Thanks Sebastian. I am keeping warm - I now have five sets of clothing on and seven or more when I go out on my Skooter.
Great video 💖🏖️
Thanks
So sad, sorry for the loss of your brother, I pray he rests in peace Amen
Thanks Susan
Its painful to see genuine people completely let down and betrayed by the systems made to protect us.
You know, we got all these Charities coming up in UK on our day-time TV saying they care for the elderly - just send five pounds a month. Mostly directed towards the elderly viewers. They don't give a number to call if you need help - just send five pounds or more a month. I ask.., where is all that money going because it isn't coming to me or people like Jack? If you watched my 'Tour of Christmas Hamburg' you will see real 'Care in the Community'. Here in UK we blindly follow the USA when it comes to care of the elderly - it's all about the 'Money Honey': how much they can save if the elderly die whilst receiving a pension, how much can they make with providing so-called care which means swallowing up all their savings or inheritance - plus their long purchased home. That is UK 'Care in the Community' USA style.
I feel so bad for you and your late brother Jack.. Hope this world changes its ways.. Its shocking and hurtful
Yes this world is sad but luckily my brother is now out of it.
Thank you so much for filming this Christine. It was really heartbreaking to watch and should be seen by his council, GP surgery and all care agencies. I am so sorry for your loss and how your brother had to end his days. This video should definitely help others as sadly there are still too many ( and I am sure more now) disabled , vulnerable people living like this in the community. It was disgusting how the Echo reporter treated you .
I think if my late brother Jack of 21 years military service did have his final 15 minutes of fame - it would be for many others to speak out and express just how much UK's 'Care in the Community' is failing.
& yet we find monies to house illegal immigrants in hotels....
When it comes to UK's elderly they are written off many times by all so-called caring professionals. I mean look what happened in Care Homes during the Covid Crisis - many died through government policies of shoving all together as a policy that only the strongest will survive!
Hi I am Ryan from Norfolk nice to meet you and i like your taste in music 🎶
Oh thank you. Now enjoying 'Pub Piano 'Sing-a-long' especially 'Chas n' Dave'.
@@chrspeters love them to. have a nice time,
I am sorry for your loss 🙏
Thanks.
@@chrspeters ❤🧡💛
Poor dude. He never got the help he deserved and needed. Absolutely criminal for the government to leave people like this alone. Absolute disgrace... Only got use of one arm... in a wheelchair.... No help at all... Can't even shut his front door. ITS SO SAD... Hope you are okay Christine!
I'm so sorry for what your son suffered. The sad fact is that the most important thing in western society today are the people that have contributed nothing to it, and never will. Home care workers are essentially useless, and only there for the $. In and out. I witnessed this when my mom was dying of cancer ....in Canada. It makes no difference where you are. Modern society and the people in it are a waste of oxygen for the most part.
Thanks minkorrh - My Brother not my son. Care workers in UK are badly paid and their car fuel expenses are a rip off which is why there is a lack of good care workers - mostly people from abroad looking for any job in badly paid markets until they can move on to another job. I was a Home-care worker for my last five years before retirement and saw many, many problems.
I applaud you Christine for showing the plight of a long service man in Britain, after serving his country, no longer a place for hero s, the sick and disabled....does society care ,? The answer is heartbreaking, and sad to see in a country that used to be called Great. I remember some one saying the true mark of a society is how they treat such people , God bless you for having the courage for showing the sad state of affairs of the services that let him down ...to the highest office in the land , they should feel shame , but have none
Thanks mterrylane for your reply.
I wish I could say I'm shocked Christine but I'm not. Some people are in the same situation now as Jack was back then. Jack obviously needed much more support than he was given and it does make you lose faith in humanity when you see people let down like that. We are coming up to the festive season now and I always think about the many elderly, disabled, and lonely people this time of year. I hope you are ok Christine and not on your own this Christmas and well done for telling Jack's story.
Thanks for your comments dazuk. The Care situation in UK is not just as bad as then but even worse!
An absolute disgrace.
Indeed!
One of my biggest complaints about 'Care for the Elderly' is the system for 'Invalid Support' now 'Personal Independence Payment' (PIP). It is given only to people of working age: before Pension age. It is often misused and they can claim it for life! However, someone over Pension age, should they befall a dramatic change in their life or lifestyle, like even losing a leg or similar to my brother Jack - they are not entitled to PIP or any financial assistance at all - even if their condition worsens. Those fortunate to have spouses to care for them get a measly amount but that is deductible from all other benefits. As a Home-care worker for my last five years of working I met many in that sad situation. Myself I am going on 76 had a few bad falls with broken bones, rely on a rollator and mobility scooter to get out and about - the latter paid out of my pension with no PIP. I need help with cleaning my flat once a week but not entitled unless I pay for it from these greedy Privatised so-called 'Care Companies'. My brother Jack paid £70 pounds a week back then for 'Home Help' and look what he got! UK 'Care in the Community?' PS: I was also in the Military but not for as long as my brother Jack. Christine Peters
Correction - £70 a month for his Home Help
That home support worker obviously does nothing disgrace 😮
One Care Worker called during my visit and suddenly said 'I've left my bag at my last call!' Then she quickly left without doing anything.
Thank you for sharing such a great video, really interesting!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good day. Thanks for the great and engaging video and comment. I wish you good health and continue filming the next episodes. Jozef
Thanks a lot for your support.
Hello. Thank you for your answer. I last visited Bournemouth 5 years ago. That's why I like watching your videos. I really liked this city. I liked the beach and the Pier, the central park and the beautiful original historic buildings and of course the new architecture. I wish you good health and many beautiful videos. Jozef
Great footage, I live in Moordown so it's great to see the changes❤
Yes., Bournemouth, Winton, Boscombe, Poole changes all the time - sometimes not so good but often for the better. I would not want to live anywhere else. Thanks for your comment. Chris.
Nice to see a video of the A35 from the year 1998
Glad you liked it!
@@chrspeters I did because in the video I can see some of the road signs that are not there anymore and have changed their design in these recent years
Brilliant old footage, keep up the good work, I'm moving from Newcastle to Boscombe soon for my retirement, can't wait, my girlfriend lives in Bournemouth, I spent six months there in 2013 and loved it, thanks again 🤗💖 neil
Thanks Neil. I have been to Newcastle a few times when I lived in Darlington and Northallerton after my demob from the military and I just love the 'Geordie' dialogue. But it gets a bit cold up there and 'Skeggy' is no comparison to Bournemouth! Lots have changed down here since 1998 for the better so I think you will enjoy your move - especially if you can share your retirement with your girlfriend. All my best to you both for the future. x
