As an Australian I hate all England national sporting teams, expect when it comes to Football and them winning the FIFA World cup besides the 1966 I thought they were unlucky not to defend their title in Mexico in 1970,yes they were Robbed in Mexico again in 1986 thanks to that Germ Maradona and again in Italy in 1990 were fans were kept on Sardinia,I was quite Shocked when they failed to Qualify for US 1994. They were their own worst Enemy at France 1998 against Argentina again but between then and 2018 they really weren't Genuine World cup contenders but they really blew it in 2018 against Croatia,but as I said England best chances of winning a world cup besides 1966 were1970,1986,1990,1998,2018. So realistically they could of had 5 more world cups against their names maybe 6,since 1966 I won't say anymore about Qatar 2022 that really was one of England worst performance and Penalty shoot out seem to Curse the men's team unlike the women the Lionesses but they to were unlucky not to beat Spain in the final. But if England are to redeem themselves they will need to win Euro 2024 and show up at the 2026 world cup. It would be great to win it 60 years on from their only world cup and since Sir Bobby Charlton passing I think it will really motavite them to win since their is hardly any of that 1966 Squad still alive.

Series one was as terrible as the remaining three series were excellent. Thankfully they got another chance. It was great to hear David Mitchell narrate but I really wanted to hear his take on the show in an interview style as well.

And we haven't stopped hearing about since. England are that crap the have to keep banging on about a Cup the won in the 60's. They are worse than Celtic fans bumping there guns about the European cup. There a countries that have won numerous international trophies and dont go oan and on about it 😂
