Mine: 2008 SE. Radflo 2.5 coilovers and PRG UCA front, Alcan Springs and Daystar shackle rear for 2.5" lift. Nissan M205 front differential with V8 Pathfinder CVs front, M226 e-locker rear. Steel Shrockworks front bumper and under armor, AJs Offroad rock sliders, Maxterra rear bumper with built in hitch (and a 33" tire fits perfectly under because of a slight relief that Maxterra put in the bumper), Dephep top rack with custom crossbars, 285/70/17 Duratrac tires on stock SE wheels, upgraded LED headlights and fog lights, Hella driving lights, diff breathers, Recon winch...and several other mods I've put on over the years ..I bought mine new off the lot and now have 165K flawless miles. They only thing I've had to do repair wise was the drivers door window regulator at 150K, replaced the sparkplugs at 140K miles, replaced the radiator at 80K miles preventively. I've done all fluid changes on schedule, it's been absolutely reliable and I beat the crap out of it off-road a couple times a year, including sand dunes.

Have a 3100lbs dry weight trailer trying to pull with 2012 Nissan Frontier(pretty much stock except added sumosprings at the back) , with a weight distribution hitch with sway bars integrated, total payload for my truck is 1268 lbs , tongue weight is about 550lbs , with 2 adults and 2 kids i have very little room for anything else , towed it to a nearby campground . Towing wise seems ok , but i feel significant porpoising , sometimes a little jerk here and there , i am trying to investigate a lot of factors from payload to loading to hitch receiver height but unable to come to conclusion on what causes significant porpoising ?? Any ideas , My total loaded Trailer weight might be around 3700lbs which is way below 6300lbs rated capacity.

I have a 2015 Xterra Pro-4X. Been through Las Vegas summers and blizzards. Now up to 110,000 miles. Been bulletproof with two small warranty issues. That's it!

What’s the point of this video. Scotty correctly states that the Nissan Pathfinder / XTerra / Frontier are solid standouts from the rest of their vehicles in terms of reliability and that the Nissan CVT’s have a terrible track record. He’s essentially correct, so I don’t really see how you can complain.

This was my dream truck in the 80s. My first vehicle i bought new was a Nissan Hard Body in black. Now 30 years later im driving a 2019 Nissan Titan Pro4x.

Nissan absolutely SCREWED me with that CVT tranny deal. Brand new Altima, tranny gives out at 35,000. Nissan replaces under warrenty and then says I don't get a new warrenty for that POS they put in it. So I ask them what am I gonna do when this tranny gives out just past the opriginal 60,000 mi warrenty and they say We guess you're gonna eat it. Drove it straight to Toyota and traded for a Camry which, 120,000 later, runs like a new car. Nissan can suck it!

My 2017 titan keeps blowing a fuse and shutting off. Replace the fuse and it fires right up. When the fuse blows it says key system error. Any idea whats causing the fuse to keep blowing

Exactly. Those were my thoughts exactly. Put the DNA from the GTR in a Warrior Truck. Race suspension, seats, forged wheels, 35", long, travel suspension. Widen, fender, flares front and rear. Make it in Japan like the GTR. Build it Nissan. It will sell.

I just don't understand Nissan are they that small of a company that they will produce a monster GTR. But nothing else that comes close to that.Build the damn Warrior already and do it big. If they build it, people will buy it. Yes but even the frontier is kind of dated. Its not lifter enough and is already looking dated. Does Nissan just not have enough revenue or money to update these vehicles fast enough. they have infinity. And I know the infinity brand hasn't changed in about 12 years as well. The GTR is awesome. Now build something equivalent to that in a truck. Or an SUV or a sedan..

I had no idea nissan/datsun raced the L-gata inline 6 in off-road trucks. I figured the L20b 4cyl was the engine of choice, but if the rules allowed the big 6, then why not!

I wish if the XTERRA comes back that they keep the external design of the 2nd gen Xteŕra (2008) with MODIFICATIONS for more head clearance for 6'3" tall drivers, MORE legroom on the 2nd row passenger seats thus also extending the TRUNK space. So with the modifications it would be an Xterra that is a little bit taller & longer with the body design of the 2nd generation. Basically, the 2nd gen XTERRA external design is PERFECT in itself that it leaves TOO little space for modification without ruining what is already perfect. It would be like a naturally perfectly beautiful face of a woman undergoing a plastic surgery only to make that face UGLY. The Xterra has a VERY CLEAN & CLASSIC beauty that will stand time. My friend who owns a Mercedes still complements my XTERRA over all the NEW SUVs that look all the sane no matter what brand. My 2008 Xterra when cleaned & polished is still such a BEAUTY when viewed from afar though it has nicks & scratches. BUT the design is so CLEAN & EASY on the eyes, very MANLY. The Xterra is like a gentleman that looks SHARP not because he dress in expensive branded clothes but that he dresses in WELL-FITTING simple decent clothes. I would love to keep my Xterra for its BODY DESIGN.

Literally have taken my v8 nv2500 to 2 dealership and they said they weren't "NV Certified" so they couldn't work on my truck. Sad bc I love this van.
