I think it's a part of the ETCS center screen, it's a bit different to the TVM. It's also weird since this train also has a KVB module on the right side.

Very stable and consistent alignment of train, I had onboard Eurostar train back in 2013 October 4 times...from gare DU Nord to Saint Pancras station...by the way I'm Malaysian Malay, and I'm hoping one day my country will have Asianstar train ...from Malaysia to Indonesia and China... 😂

In Vancouver, passengers can sit there as we have driverless trains.
I highly doubt Vancouver has driverless 300kmph high-speed trains that travel through an undersea tunnel and across multiple countries. London has the DLR which is fully automated, but like the skytrain it's just a light metro service. This is a international high speed heavy rail line, it can't be automated.
