Honda Gold Wing GL1500 Chuffing noise from exhaust
I have a 97 Honda GL1500 that has started making this chuffing or popping sound from the left exhaust when idling cold. I'm linking this video to a couple of GoldWing forums. Anyone have an idea what is causing this? The bike has 31K miles and is well-maintained. Thanks!

Here is a clip from Marty Robbin's "The Drifter" TV series. It features him singing "The Girl I left Behind Me" to on onlooking Grandpa Jones. It is interesting because Marty is singing in a "normal" voice, not his higher-pitched "carooning" voice. All copyright retained by their respective owners. No infringement intended. Thanks for uploading this, although it brings back frightful memories for me. I was in high school when I saw Billy and his band warm up the crowd for presidential candidate George Wallace's campaign rally in Laurel Maryland on May 15 1972. The band then played Under The Double Eagle as Wallace walked up to the podium. After his speech Wallace was shot by a would-be assassin, not far from where we were standing. My friend and I changed our plans to attend the other nearby presidential rallies that year.
I never knew the theme song had lyrics . They should have used the vocal version for rhe show.
Luther’s face during his solo is his trademark look which you never know if he’s dead serious or laughing his ass off 😂😂😂
Lindo ❤
Bonanza muito bom esse seriado não perdia um episódio 😍😍😍😍
I see that drummers that don't know when to stop isn't a new phenomenon.

At the end of the first episode of Bonanza, all 4 Cartwrights sang the theme song
Ponderosa
That was great johnny! I'm almost 70 today and started watching Bonanza as a kid. But I never knew the words to the song! Thanks for putting it to words Johnny! I'm glad you had such a long and productive life! You suffered for your art, that's what made it so good!!
😘❤️🥰🤗
❤❤❤💯💯💯👍👍👍💪💪💪🙏
Johnny trabajo en varias peliculas o me equivoco?
Why did everyone look old back then? The backing band was probably like 23 but they look 55.
I never knew the series music had lyrics. Thanks.
Great performer, always fun.
I was at Expo 67 In Canada when I was a kid, and I sat in the stands as Lorne Green himself sang that song!!!
all these years I never knew there words to this theme tune. Looks like Johnny enjoyed singing it!
Dan Blocker flirted with my late wife when she lived in the L.A. area. Her first husband's family boarded horses for a lot of tv/movie stars, and she got to meet quite a few of them.
Mis respeto a este ICONO , que Dios te bendiga .
Besides being a top picker and hit record singer, Billy’s Grammer Guitars we’re the best acoustic guitars for country music ever made. They came out in the mid 1960’s and within a short time were being used by many of the big name country artists. All were hand crafted using only best quality woods and hardware. They are quite hard to find now (2024) as relatively few were made and the owners rarely let go of theirs.

What time has Jhonie Cash record that song?
não gostava muito dessa série mas foi marcante... nem sabia que essa música tinha letra 😃
Perhaps an actual reference to the show and the year this was done is in order...
I have it on an old king 78 record.😊
Should have been played every episode ❤❤❤😊
Loved the show!! what a voice
A curious family, the women never lasted! Even the horses were all male!
Wow!!! finally hearing the words to the song!!👏♥️👍🎶🥰
MR CASH FACE SAYS "I DON'T BELIEVE I'M DOING THIS"
Is it just me. That was bloody awful
Thank goodness they didn't use those lyrics for the actual show's theme or people would have thought the show was just as bad.
That electric guitar player was the true hero.
That is Luther Perkins!
I can't even articulate how great that was
Sounds much better than when the Bonanza men sang it!
👍⚡
I always watched Bonanza as a kid. Never knew Cash sang this song. As I remember Adam disappeared off the show and I always wondered why? 😮
Thats crazy to say thats when men sang like men.
Perfect choice sing the Bonanza theme song.
Jonny was the best! God bless him. He can handle a guitar and made it look so easy.😮
Don't forget the bar girls at the saloon!
That was a surprise; and a good one..
I had a similar problem, a few weeks later the alternator stopped working. After replacing the alternator and battery my problem went away as well.
Luther with the new Fender Jaguar and the splattering Reverb Unit- YES INDEED !!!!!!
A taste of America at its best.
Way before my time but brought up good with my dad listening to Johnny Cash and it reminds me too of " zu dem Ponderosa reiten wir" from Heino... Thank you!
