Great looking case but not a fan of jubilee bracelets. A fitted rubber strap or 3 link would suit that design much better imo.

Just bought the SSK001. Love the watch however thus far the accuracy has been terrible. Mine gains +30 to +32 seconds per day which Seiko considers to be within spec. Have to reset the time every couple of days. What do you expect from a 4R34 movement. I guess having to adjust the time every couple of days allows me to have more interaction with the watch. Otherwise I’m very pleased. Great bracelet…great lume….magnified date which I really appreciate at 67 years old.

The Seamaster is a true 42mm. The speedmaster professional is 40mm. Omega counts the pusher protectors in the case measurement causing it to measure 42mm. It’s clearly visible how much smaller the speedmaster is in your video. The speedmaster doesn’t “appear” smaller it is smaller.

I have both but nothing compares to the hesalite speedmaster with that new bracelet. I wear my Seamaster when i have to go to Asia during typhoon/monsoon season.

I plan on buying both and this video didn’t help make my decision any easier on which one to buy first because your sales pitch was phenomenal. Lol

When you showed the watches side by side, the seamaster looked really chunky. I think I will go with speedmaster

What a refereshibgly objective review that has not given way to the usual biased hyperbolic crap I am sorry but the US reviewers are right up there. Oh and thanks for being one of the few reviews that actually gave several elongated shots of the watch on your wrist. I have just pulled the trigger on this red number my and what will be my only GSHOCK.

Tudor still having major QC issues? I got my root beer when it was released and the hour markers arent aligned..... the date switches at 12:03:25am instead of 12am. I always hear QC issues from them too. I love the looks of tudor but they have unacceptable QC for a watch that cost thousands of dollars.

Tudor did a good thing here: monotone scheme. While it’s not for me due to the size, this will surely please the large wrist crowd. Gilt is overplayed, and it was a breath of fresh air when Tudor omitted gilt from the BB54’s bezel insert.
