Dog, I’m 47 and watching this half thinking, “Dude, if you can still get a 5 minute mile, you could do a few of the more basic gymnastics skills” but then the other part thinks, “Dude, it might not be good to put your ass over your head at 47”. Maybe I should just start with a righteous frolic….

You can see the gymnastics in Gracie's running, almost hear it out loud as she's like "point your toes, point your toes, point your toes, POINT YOUR TOES!!!!"

The Amen Clinics are pretty controversial. Lots of accusations of quackery regarding brain repair and healing that some doctors say just aren't realistic. Probably no harm in getting the scans done, but I'd be skeptical of some of these claims, especially if the clinic tries to get you onto some sort of plan that has regularly occurring costs and charges.

The Hand Dryer sounds like an airplane ready to lift up.

It would be nice to see more videos of Gracie and Nick being competitive. It's very cool to see him do something wild and Gracie have to do it also

At 10 minutes it's interesting because Gracie does a "forward aerial" with a twist - she jumps off her right leg and twists left, however Sydney does a regular a-twist: jumping off right and twisting right.

I am not certain but I think Gracie packs so much power from gymnastics, I mean it’s just incredible how she can increase momentum so effortlessly.🙌🏻

Its quite interesting and entertaining watching gracie picking up on parkour moves. It gives me better insight to how a person can gradually move to more difficult moves. Although some moves still look insane to me.

I admire this guy. And at the same time I envy him. If I were to train with two ladies dressed like that (i.e. pretty, shapely, trained, with beautiful bare legs in short shorts), my blood pressure would increase so much that I would probably have a heart attack...
