The 3 hour job for the powersteering line could have been avoided with a genuine line. I've owned every falcon since the BA I sold my FGX this year. The aftermarket lines are known to be headaches. I'm sure there's good ones Dayco probably has a legit one. But if you get the wrong aftermarket brand you are in for a nightmare. Nice video tho 👍👌

Last time I was in Japan (start of the year) I was surprised how many LARGE cars there are over there now (versus last time I was there about 5 years ago). Couple of examples off hand were an Escalade out the back blocks of the Tokyo suburbs and a Tundra in one of the more rural cities, was pretty surprised to see passenger vehicles that large around the place.

I use my $20 scan tool all the time, you can’t expect much but it’s worked for reading engine codes across heaps of cars, however when you start wanting to touch the more in depth specific stuff I think the price just about skyrockets on what you need

Newspaper used to have alcohol in the chemical mix which has since been removed from the formula. I think it was in the ink. That helped a lot in the cleaning process. Used it a lot when I was a kid. Microfiber cloth or bits of towel now do the trick better and leave no residue.

Highly recommend you have a look at the comments on there facebook advertisements it looks like they are very slow to send stock out and have terrible customer services i just wouldn't want you to get court up in some bs benny. it may just be bad luck but i have seen several people on Facebook say they last about 6 months then die. This was the same sort of thing that happened to me when i brought an American tool draw organisation kit they had no stock in oz even know they were saying they did after about 2 months of getting stuffed around they gave me my money back. No hate just an FYI

I would highly recommend by a surface cleaner with the spinning nozzles. Those are much more efficient than using the wand to cleaning driveways and such.

Lmao at those half shafts! Step 1: get a bigger hammer. Step two, have Gian pop the camera on a tripod and hold a drift so you can give it hell for leather without worrying about munting the shafts or the wheel studs.

Ameteur falconry enthusiast here, au/b series falc shafts can be a can of worms, to my knowledge sedan, fairlane, ute and wagon shafts are all different lengths. Tried a few combos chasing a shaft for my ba wags recently (au fairlane is the closest to a wagon but just too long)

Auto Glym car cleaning stuff is all I buy. I'd like to support Bowdens because they're Australian but Auto Glym is better.

Those AU one piece tailshafts shake harder than a concrete vibrator starting at about 170-180 km/h. Now you probably won't get up to that level of rear wheel speed doing drifting with an N/A Barra, but if you do a trackday somewhere with a nice long straight you might get your eyeballs shaken out of your head.
