Crown Contra Cam 2010: A Second Chance
How did they get 4th place brass.
Where can I get this music for contra bass trombone?
From 1:54 to 2:03 sounds like JUDGEMENT!!! Did not know a horn line could evoke FEAR!!
THE GRAININESS IS JUST THE MIC GETTING GOOSEBUMPS
"if you're like that andy will kill you tomorrow" 2:05
how do get this musical score?
1:20 for Reingold
my school owns 7 or so of those horns now, crown donated them to us in 2010 when our semi burned to the ground with all of our equipment inside, if you have anymore history of the horns that would be really cool
13:54 you can see your breaths in the waves of the camera more than you can hear them..this is amazing!!!!!!!!!
Brandt is Amazing!!
Finger of God man... Finger of God. The sky over my house darkened at 1:53. Amazing.
This is my kind of orchestration
why email for the music when you can just make it yourself? its really not that hard...
Outstanding comment!! LOL
You guys can gladly melt my face off, just leave the ears!!
Would you be able to send me a copy of those chords? I've been trying to arrange it myself but cant work out one of the chords
Oooohhh... I got the chills there!! Great sound! I'm a big fan!
Actually, he's talking about Andy Ebert, the visual caption head (Andy had given us a talk about energy that day)
Tuba and Marimba or Tuba and Percussion?
Holy. Shit. That. Was. Great.
Andy Cook, pretty well known DCI Brass Judge
The fact that it's perfectly in tune is just STUPID
This is the principal tuba at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. What a boss.
Oh yes. And one more thing. I'm afraid of Andy. Hell, I don't even know him!
Two of these hotlines will be combined as one in heaven and G Bugles shall they play for eternity and non who listen shall reciveth hearing damage for all eternity but they shall reciveth happiness. Amen.
Would like to thank Justis for still sending this stuff out! I e-mailed him last night and got the sheet this morning. Thanks man =D
...Awesome...
I do believe I understand, however I decided to ask to get an exact answer. I notice alot of DCI groups move while doing certain fundamental exercises. I assume this is to force ones self to adjust to different airflows due to constrictions while maintaining sound consistency, quality and intonation. Am I wrong in this assumption?
“It doesn’t count unless it’s on the move” is a fundamental pillar in the entire educational and development program. They usually try to replicate the actual *performance characteristics* during warmup as best they can. The physicality of movement is equally important as their musicality of sound; the body has to be ready to do both, at a high level, for an extended period of time, very very soon after basically every warmup video. Crown in particular has gone out-of-their-way every year to implement a warm up process that is unique to each year’s program; you could probably watch any Lot video from the past fifteen years and see the similarities of the *process* from year to year. The result of this process tends to speak for itself, particularly in regards to the Jim Ott Award
Hey dude, Do you think you could send me this arrangement, I would really like to use this with my band!
One of the cleanest cut offs I've ever heard.
chills. everytime.
It's called .. PICK A NOTE and play it in tune with a huge FAT sound.
It's a pick a note chord
Dat tone
MY EARS!!! HEADPHONES ARE EVIL!! :(
1:50 RIP Headphone-User
Visual Caption Head....
The only thing that sucks about doing drum corps during highschool, is going back to it. If you do drum corp during your highschool years, just don't be a douche bag when you come back. It's very hard to control, I would know haha. Best to keep quiet really.
Fucking kings of contra
a king you are...
do you have the sheet music?
oh harloff
i miss our show...
@LuchableBox I'm neither. Judges aren't paid off, you moron.
1:15 ....okay, now I need new underwear..
My speakers don't go up high enough.
Who's Andy? Lol
Can you upload theme and variations of bluebells of scotland please???
There should a marching band version of this finale!!
