It's nice to see girls wearing those 1950s circle skirts.
Good ol' Danny Thomas. He did so much to bring goodness into the world. Thank you for St Jude's Hospital.
Heard she used to sell her panties, but I think this is a rumor.
When i was little i had a terrible crush on Angela Cartright
📺 ❤📺🆒️📺🆒️♥️
I understand he was one of 10 children.
I wish Angela did play in the movie but of course Maggie Smith and the Dracula star. Angela put so much depth whereas the other actress was so flat two dimensional with a lot of shouting and also the relationship with, that I felt the depth, feeling and heart would put a new angle to the triangle as well as her objective and choices. From my days in school, even in grade school girls were daring when young both ways. By middle school they were more bullying on others in the class and manipulative over grades, homework and such. Of course by high school it became more polarized of them vs others working hard legit and vying our way independently. And I've seen so many in 5 years time age so fast and washed out after us cosmopolitans return, from NYC or other cities. The prime of... My 8th grade teacher just took over her family corporation, 5th grade resigned after sticky meddling, few others in high school more like Animal House. I think true end is our senior year when we choose our colleges & where we go next. The girl yelling and so forth accusing Mrs. Brodie I felt needed more than just a flat rivalry but some deeper understanding.
any chance the rest of season 1 can be uploaded
Its so weird how's she's stroking his hair!
This was ridiculous. She's only 11.!! They could at least had her 14 or 15.!
I really enjoy these simple entertaining shows in these crazy, wild times we live in now.
It's always funny to see old Danny Boy getting in trouble like that and it works out at the end.
The Danny Thomas Show went off the air before I was born, but I can't seem to get tired of this commercial. Between the supposed righteous indignation of Rusty Hamer, and the seemingly endless charm of Angela Cartwright just before she became the pre-teen stunning brunette from "Lost in Space," there's just too much about it too enjoy.
17:58 This actor looks like Ken Osmond, Eddie from leave it to beaver
PLEASE , could you put the 1st or the PILOT Episode???? I would like to see the premise of this series. Tks
WHY these seasons wheren't remastered like the danny thomas show???
When you're a kid, you like Lost in Space because of the monsters. When you're an adult, lik it for the eye candy, which she was and still is.
Angela Cartwright was a doll. I’m glad she and her family moved to America when they did. I couldn’t imagine anyone else playing Linda on Make Room for Daddy.
Don't lok at any podcasts of her lately
I'm 34 and I think she looks incredible now.
Not as Good as Pamela Franklin, but she would have been great as Monica.
a time when i guess they thought smoking was not such a bad idea little did they know
15???. What a classy girl. Beautiful and elegant.
La linda y tierna Penny Robinson😊 en "Perdidos en el espacio"❤
I can see why she was not cast, the girls were meant to be Scottish or at least British but she still has a slightly mid-Atlantic accent and well traveled style which gives her more of a sophisticated finishing school image than Edinburgh in the 30's, I can totally see her alongside Hayley Mills in a Swiss boarding school with diplomat fathers.
Technically, after she and her family moved from England to the states, her normal accent was American.
Her type of look would go well in modern Teenage movies or television shows
She still has a slight British accent, even before she faked it for the scene.
She was born in England. However, after she and family moved the US when she was about 12 months old, her natural accent was American. I could be wrong, you know.
That was a fun song!
Such a cute show.
We need more laughter and fewer cynics. And not laughter at the expense of others
How awesome that we can watch these old shows from way back. I can remember watching these shows as a young kid. It’s a damn shame that they just don’t do tv like this anymore, now everything seems to be “reality shows.” Love that I can watch this on CZcams, brings back great memories.
Tamara Tierney
Sad that Danny could be very demeaning towards women.
How tragically SAD that the CRIMINAL TOBACCO PUSHERS were EVER allowed to advertise their ILLEGAL TOBACCO DRUG on TV or anywhere else! BAN THE ILLEGAL TOBACCO DRUG, NOW!
"And buy it now, before Post is bought by a CRIMINAL TOBACCO PUSHER company!"
Rusty is the star!! He’s wonderful!!!!
Loved the commercials, reminded me of my family growing up.
The Mother was great!
I always find the singing and the entertainment value to be enjoyable, but the song Danny sings at approx. 6:15 is very nice. Thanks for the opportunity to hear it William B.
Really fun song!
About 16 minutes in, there’s a whole bunch of interesting and funny pronouns.
Oh my gosh! A little boy shared and slept in his sister’s room. He wasn’t a girl. They should have separated the two rooms because they are difference in sexes!😮
I'd never seen this - I was 4 in 1968, but I'm really enjoying it. Thank you!
The children are well cast. They are adorable - especially Rusty.
In two minutes, I thought her acting was great! At any age - like some said, a natural!
14:29 doubt that would be allowed today. Opposite would be heralded though.
How ironic the jokes they did back then are now a sad reality...what has the world become...loved it back then .
The “ice boxes” behind them in the kitchen scene. I remember them carting our ice box out of the summer kitchen cause mom gave the new ‘lectric one the ok after a couple years use. Yeah, I’m getting up there.
My mom was born in 1915 and couldn’t stand Danny Thomas. Liked his singing though.
THANK YOU so-o much for this goodness ❤😊.
Brave to eventually kill Margaret off.
