I have a question , I have a 2 iPhone XS Max’s both 1 with all original Apple parts never replaced the display , and the my other IPhone the display was replaced by Apple at my closest Apple Store , the display seems to be abut cooler than my original display on my iPhone XS Max , it isn’t a big deal at all but it was simply a noticeable observation on my behalf, so I am just wondering is it possible for me to get the cooler display calibrated to have that warmer display of my original iPhone XS Max? , because like I said although not something that bothersome I do prefer the warmer display , and the fact that there is a difference in colour temperature between both Apple original screens , is very surprising to me , please help me with this if you can , thank so much sirr

Hi, I’m having this problem now with my Xr. Right now it’s my third LCD that’s having this issue. The first one the original that came with the phone first broke and I had it replaced in a shop. They must have re programmed the screen since I didn’t lose the True Tone. After some time I changed myself the screen for an OEM screen and it works fine the first ~10 seconds you turn on the screen, and then this touch screen problems begin. I hadn’t had this 3rd screen re programmed since I don’t have that tool. Should I take it to a shop and get it programmed or make it change the iC? I don’t have the original lcd no more. Only the second one.

Mine goes only to about 20% and it says fingerprint can't be recognised, the screen is from other phone, also original, i don't know what to do because it seems that it works, but i cant add more than 20%, it seems that i can add but the software literally doesnt allow me to add the fingerprint

Have had the ghost issue following screen replacement. Having re-programmed the screen with an EEPROM device I assumed that would prevent the issue. I guess there is more to it than that and I wonder whether you could shed any more light on it. There certainly seems to be a lot of misinformation out there regarding theses things. So how would you recommend someone like me to do this swap? I have replaced many iphone screens before and my latest change Xr with OEM cracked screen to a replacement screen worked fine for 12/24 hours then started ghosting. I have researched what your have you have videoed and i need to swap over the ic from the OEM screen also….. but that is next level stuff for me and beyond my capabilities. Any advice on how to get this achieved for me?

Won't IPA destroy the screen if it gets inside the panel? How would I know whether or not it gets inside the panel?

I have just had send my 12 Pro Max off for repair which started as an Apple Pay/NFC issue but then also turned into random ‘No Sim Card’ installed errors also heated up quickly whilst doing simple online banking etc. Hopefully my insurance will deem it as uneconomical repair and replace it
