Would you do stretches before these exercises? If so, could you do a video on key pre-round stretches?
If you had specific mobility work to do based on your limitations it would be good to do before these. Otherwise this is a general warm up which would be great for 99% of golfers as it hits the 3 key areas: Thoracic, Hips and hamstrings/lower back.
Nice, I just tried them after beeing at the range. Feels very good after a round as a stretch, i really like exercises where you stretch and move at the same time. Will try it before next round aswell Thank you
Not a problem mate glad they’ve helped!
Thanks for the warm up video
No worries. Did you give the exercises a try and they helped you?
Great patient instructor
Appreciate you saying this!
Only hoping all these exercises before a round will give relieve from developing pains in muscles and joints later. Will definitely follow to find out the effectiveness.
Where are you currently experiencing pain in your muscles and joints after a round?
this is great, thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it mate.
Are these the same videos that you use on your app?
Some are and some aren't
What is the purpose for the excise?
It is great for stretching the glutes, taking the hips through internal and external rotation and also lengthening the lats and obliques. Oh and the rotation helps with thoracic rotation too :-)
@@fairwayperformance thank you!
Love face pulls, I finish my shoulder day with. I pull them with a nitral grip towards my forehead with a long rope than pull it apart at my forhead. Like doing the tricep pulldown with a rope.
I feel like 70-80% of the amateur golfers are strong enough for the sport level they are at. However, they are not efficient at iI. IMHO
Great exercise that will improve my work
Thx your instructions are great and will help relief my pain.
You probably know more about this then me but I am pretty sure that incline bench press at 30 degrees would be better than 45 degrees because in my opinion, 45 places way too much emphasis on the front delts rather than the chest. It's great if you're doing PPL and have Chest and Shoulders on the same day, but otherwise I like to keep my incline low. Very solid advice otherwise, keep up the good work!
